I hired another company from Angie's list because they were the 1st to respond to a plumber's search literally within 30 seconds and the price was right ($69) for a kitchen drain clog. .They came out within 2 hrs. on 9/19/18. They ran their 100' snake through 3 times and told me there was an impasse that was hard to get through, They also said there was some kind of white grease on the snake as they were pulling it out. They recommended a hydrojetting clean of the system because they didn't expected the cleaning to last beyond a day to a few weeks as it wasn't a permanent fix. They quoted $550 for the hydrojetting job which I declined. The next day I hired West Coast Plumbing as I had used them twice before for a reroute of 2 foundational leaks. They came out within 2 hrs., and ran a 75' rotor (with a blade on the end) through the line. Their was an impasse at 15' which he powered through and checked the cleanout in front to insure that the line had gone all the way through. Then he filled the sink with hot water and noticed a slow draining. He opened up the gooseneck underneath and ran the small snake through which finished the job. I wasn't pleased about the $221 bill but he was here for 1 hr. and didn't leave until the job was done. I didn't need hydrojetting and he did not observe grease on his towel as he was cleaning the snake when he retracted it. I should've called them to begin with.

The company's technicians have always arrived on time and completed each project correctly (no rework has been necessary). It's plumbers (and other technicians) are always willing to answer any questions you might have about the work and about the hardware in your home. We were referred to this company by the real estate agent who helped us buy our home. We couldn't be happier with the referral.

1. The way the water tank was installed. It was installed laying down on its side. The way it should be installed is standing up as per MFG.
2. I was supposed to get a 5% discount as per Angie's List booklet. I got 0
3. After Mr Bargy busted the water line to my dishwasher and water spilled all underneath my cabinet, he put in another water line to my dishwasher. The way he tightened the nut from the water to line to the bottom of my dishwasher. Even tightened?
4, The installer told me that the whole system was under warranty for five years, but the pages that he gave me said the warranty was for 90 days and 1 year. For MFG.

They did a good job. They were available when I needed them. The guy who came out was Dave or David and he is personable, friendly and he listens to me. He listened to me about my problem rather than assuming that he knew what the problem was.

Called Monday mid-morning following the New Years weekend after being referred by a provider that couldn't schedule 'til Thursday. They provided a response time between 3 and 5 that afternoon. Showed up about 3:30 and were completed within an hour. Very professional. They will be my go-to plumber.

I called right away in the morning to find out why i had no hot water, i had arrived late the night before and discovered that my heater wasn't working. they arrived within 1 hour and took care of everything promptly I couldn't be happier, they were great.

It did not work out very good. They overcharged and then the warranty on their work ran out in a couple of weeks or something like that. They came out twice.

"Mr. [removed member name] I was truly upset to hear you were less than estatic will our services. I never heard your name before so I immediately went into action to find the who, what, when, where and why? I am even more confused now. My research shows we were not out in November. On the dispatch computer you had a appt in July. I will quote the notes " customer says last year we rebuilt two toilets and has one more for us to do" the odd thing is I never found a invoice and the call was run by our service manager Robert bridge. He doesn't remember the call or, never took a complaint. I really want to know what happened? If it is our mistake, we will make adjustments. If it's the pricing, you can say NO. The way I want to be treated as a customer is this; I believe in quality over quantity. I will pay a little bit more for a solid product. When I can I buy products and parts that are "made in the USA." Don't try and charge me twice as much than what is a fair profit margin. That's what we bring to the door of each customer. Being in the valley and the industry for 20+ years Merged with the data of over 1000 plumbing/hvac contractors ( that I paid dearly for) makes sure we are priced in the median for the southwest. Balanced against tight profit margins and the level of technician I get to our customers door, we are not right for everyone. I do not want you to be upset. Call the office and ask for me. Fixed an older model HVAC unit on one of my rental units. Performed diagnostic service, replaced transformer and went out of their way to find a replacement solenoid for this older HVAC unit. Charges were fair, work was performed quickly and my tenant has heat. Great job all around!

Robert Bridge responded to my call quickly. He gave me options and installed what was need promptly. He checked numerous thing associated with my house including the thermostat and other electrical item just to be sure everything was working. One of the best service techs I have ever used.

I was having a problem with a leaking faucet in my bathroom. I heard about West Coast plumbing from a friend and called them right away before it got really bad. They came out right away and fixed the problem. When i wanted a new toliet installed that we bought from a Home Improvement Store I called them out again and had another great experience. It was installed fast and with great customer service!!! I saw on Facebook they also are doing a/c now under Arizona Comfort Solutions and called them out today when my a/c unit was freezing up. They told me over the phone to turn my unit off and to do some trouble shooting untill someone came out to look at it. I was so glad i could also call them for my a/c needs. Again another awesome experience with the West Coast Plumbing Team = )

John Ricart was not the first or last plumber to give me an estimate for work. He was the ONLY plumber to really explain in detail what needed to be done in each area and what my options were. He was extremely flexible with my chaotic schedule and my difficulties with insurance. He didn't return my calls promptly; he ANSWERED THE PHONE EVERY TIME I CALLED! He gave me an extremely detailed bid and it included sheet rock and drywall repair; the only one to do so out of seven. His prices and what he promised seemed too good to be true but I wanted to believe it. I called and he started/finished this gigantic job the NEXT day. (He knew I was on a deadline). John and his crew worked well into the evening. Everything was perfect and they did MORE with NO additional charge! Unforeseen work was done because it needed to be and he never said a word. He takes such pride in his work and his employees have the same ethics. He left the whole house cleaner than it has been in months. This was the BE
