3. After Mr Bargy busted the water line to my dishwasher and water spilled all underneath my cabinet, he put in another water line to my dishwasher. The way he tightened the nut from the water to line to the bottom of my dishwasher. Even tightened?
4, The installer told me that the whole system was under warranty for five years, but the pages that he gave me said the warranty was for 90 days and 1 year. For MFG.

"Mr. [removed member name] I was truly upset to hear you were less than estatic will our services. I never heard your name before so I immediately went into action to find the who, what, when, where and why? I am even more confused now. My research shows we were not out in November. On the dispatch computer you had a appt in July. I will quote the notes " customer says last year we rebuilt two toilets and has one more for us to do" the odd thing is I never found a invoice and the call was run by our service manager Robert bridge. He doesn't remember the call or, never took a complaint. I really want to know what happened? If it is our mistake, we will make adjustments. If it's the pricing, you can say NO. The way I want to be treated as a customer is this; I believe in quality over quantity. I will pay a little bit more for a solid product. When I can I buy products and parts that are "made in the USA." Don't try and charge me twice as much than what is a fair profit margin. That's what we bring to the door of each customer. Being in the valley and the industry for 20+ years Merged with the data of over 1000 plumbing/hvac contractors ( that I paid dearly for) makes sure we are priced in the median for the southwest. Balanced against tight profit margins and the level of technician I get to our customers door, we are not right for everyone. I do not want you to be upset. Call the office and ask for me.
