Ben was wonderful. He came to the house to look at the project and explained in detail what and how he would do the work and left a quote with me. He was methodical in his approach and kept the 4 areas clean as he worked. The repair looks great and I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Vila Europe Tile, LLC installed porcelain tile in 2 bedrooms of my new home. The estimate was slightly better than other companies. I worked with Ben who was honest. I canâ t say that about other companies I interviewed. I was concerned with chemicals because of health issues and he worked with me about those concerns. Ben also made sure to use a fan to keep the dust from coming inside my home. He started earlier than expected and his workmen did a great job in a short time to finish the project. Ben also kept in contact to update me on what the flooring looked like in stages by sending me pictures. The workmen cleaned up the garage floor where the materials were mixed and tile cut better than it looked before! He treated me like I was a part of his family! I will hire him in the future when I need tile installed! - Sharon J

Ben dictated the job to tile setters (who mere excellent) and suggested several ways of accomplishing the project which was a Walk in Shower and the project turned out fantastic and the price was very competive

If you are looking for a great job, done quickly for a fair price, You have to hire these guys! Ben and his crew did a fantastic job removing carpet from two rooms and installing stone and tile. They had to work around built-in cabinetry and matched the versalle stone pattern perfectly. I listed my project on Mon and it was completed Fri afternoon! Nothing happens this fast! The crew was very respectful, arrived on time, did great work and cleaned up nicely. Couldn’t be happier.

Ben's team did an amazing job! They showed up when they said they would and were very efficient. We had a very small room to do but I never felt like they treated it as a little job. They were quick and Ben fit us in as soon as they had time because he knew that another tile installer had stood us up. They did a great job cleaning up after as well. We will definitely contact them again if we have additional tile needs.

Showed up on time, did great work, finished ahead of schedule after he realized I have young kids in the house. He went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. He even hosed off my driveway and threw away all the trash in his own vehicle! Very respectful team.

We hired Ben to do our floor tile in the kitchen a few months ago, and we loved the work so much that we hired them to come back and do our backsplash as well. He is responsive, friendly and affordable. If his installer had any questions about what we wanted, he didn't hesitate to ask. Highly recommended.

Ben is the best!!!! He is a very good person and makes you feel like family. He is a very honest person and his work is impeccable. I had him install my entire home with flooring and not only was he done ahead of schedule but his bid beat my next closest one by over $2k. His work is amazing and he is an even better person. did not put a plastic to cover the dust in parts of tile

I had hired 2 different crews from craigs list, both were terrible,both i fired, this crew ( Vila Tile )was hired to put in 1000 ft of plank ceramic tile, they did it in 2 days ahead of schedual, it looks great, this tile company is the best in the valley !.... from now on they will be my only tile company, they are just that good, Ben the owner makes you feel like part of his family....theres nothing else to say, there 10s. if you dont use this company chances are you will get one of the companys i fired before.....it was terrible using those other companies, we were lost for a week, Ben checks his crews every day, and he called me every day . We are very happy Bottom line.....

Ben continues to ask us to remove our review because it is hurting his business. We are waiting for Home Advisor to contact us. Update: Ben came out after seeing this review to apologize and make things right. He paid us $500 cash and agreed to repair our front sod. We feel he is sincere and is trying to do the right thing. Our flooring is nice ... It was the damage to our furniture, landscaping, and unprofessional crew that caused our dissatisfaction. We suggest hiring your own furniture movers if you have large and/or expensive furniture. Original review: Crew appeared to be from Home Depot parking lot. Came unprepared with tools for moving furniture, shop vacs, wheelbarrows, nor anything to place demolished floor into and placed in our landscape. One section of our large entertainment center was dropped and broken right in front of my wife. Laundry appliances and second refrigerator were not moved back into house on project completion. Because the furniture moving was part of the cost, we felt Ben should have taken it off the bill after his crew did such shoddy work and broke our cabinet and paid for the broken cabinet. Because a company is only as good as its people, we cannot give Vila Europe Tile a positive review. We recommend going with a company who uses professional and bonded crews. We were stuck with broken furniture and a damaged landscape.

Still working on commercial project

Ben's team did a nice tile install job . Their quote was much better than some of the other quotes we received. They installed flooring for the backyard patio & front porch. We also hired them to do the back splash after we saw their tile job and it was installed perfectly within few hours. They cleaned up well after the job. The front porch tiles installed were leveled, but collected water. Ben came back and fixed it for no charge. He did a nice job. He knows his job very well.

The service was very good. Ben came to our home to quote us a price for a new patio and compared to some other quotes we received was very reasonable. He gave us a timeline to when the job would be done and it was. We could not be happier with the workmanship and would recommend them to everyone.

The reason I'm not wanting to print this is at the moment I'm not sure of what service people I got. I'll have to find his card. Sorry. I loved the job they did though. they did the back splash over my stove.

Travertine install was perfect. Clean up was ok
