Valleys Best Air Conditioning

My Rudd went to blowing warm air. I called my original installer, Valley Best". I was fortunate enough to get a hold of the owner. Chape was very busy, but was able to walk me through possible problematic areas over the phone. It was a 112-113 outside, and I was in dire need for someone to help. Chape was very considerate, knowledgeable, professional and a valuable asset in a time of need. The problem was promptly resolved and I was back and running cool-cold again. Honest. That is very important to me. Their technicians are not paid commissions. They are paid for the excellent work they provide. They don't encourage me to buy something that I don't need. Service is top notch. The techs that I interact with are very courteous and professional. Now that Valley's Best has added additional services to their portfolio makes them even a better choice. My upcoming service appointment includes standard maintenance for my heating/cooling unit. The tech will also be flushing my water heater to prepare for the Arizona "winter" at an exceptional price. Highly recommend.

Everything was fantastic.  Professional, on time, and I would use them again if needed.

One person came out and it took less than an hour.  They showed up when they said they would and they fixed the unit.  I'd tell my friends to expect to do a competent job at a reasonable price.

Performed A/C checkup.  Did a thorough job.  At one point I was told I  needed a $1500 repair.  At my persistence that he recheck, it was then determined that unit was ok after all.  Honest mistake I think, perhaps lack of experience?

I had called to have them look at my air conditioner at my house in Phoenix.  I wanted the tune up special so that they could come and make sure that everything was alright.  The air conditioner had froze up and I wanted to make sure that nothing else was wrong. 
The tech came and thought something else was wrong.  He did say that he wanted another tech to come and look in case he was wrong.  I do greatly appreciate his honesty.  I never heard back from them.  I am not sure what all they did with the tune up so I can't determine if my $80.00 was wasted or not. 
I felt the communication was poor on thier part. I did not bother to call them back either to determine what exactly they did.   The air is working fine at this point.

This was my second estimate; I was told that I needed a new unit. The third person I had come out gave me Freon and that was it. I would not recommend Sexton Heating and Air Conditioning, because I don’t see how they could tell me that I needed a new system and the next person just gave me Freon. I am not an air conditioning person, maybe I will still need one soon, but there's a $4000 difference. I think that the person just needs a little more training; I don’t think that it is a bad company. The pricing was fine and comparable. With regard to responsiveness, they came up fairly quickly. I would not use them again in the future.

The young service tech called me about 45 minutes before he arrived, and he too, was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable.He went straight to the task at hand and was finished about 1/2 hour after he started. He seemed as honest as a person can be and answered all my questions in a forthright manner and assured me that I could call him personally if I ever needed him in the future.I was very satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend Sexton Services to anyone in need of any of the variety of services they perform.

I was having a new front door installed, a huge double door, so the complete door was open to the elements for about 2-3 hours.  I decided to turn off the air conditioning units so as to not waste money.  After that job was complete I went to turn the units back on.  I noticed that the downstairs unit wasn't cooling quite right and the house was staying quite warm and the temperature was on the rise.  The upstairs unit didn't have enough power to cool it down.  I really figured that it was going to be a hot miserable few days with it being over a 100 degrees here in the Phoenix area.  I called one company and they said it would be 5 days before they could get out.  I went ahead and booked them but continued my search.  The next call was to Sexton.  She put me on hold and said someone could be there in about 45 mins!  About 30 mins later Josh was knocking on my door.  He went to the unit and quickly diagnosed what the problem was.  Josh usually does installs but he wasn't busy so he was helping out so he didn't carry a lot of parts on his truck.  He just happened to have the right capacitor so that was an easy fix.  He then went to check the freon levels and the upstairs unit was slightly low.  He didn't have freon on his truck but he called one of his co-workers, Andrew, and he came over from another job and helped install the freon.  Once the capacitor was installed the downstairs unit was pumping cold air.  Josh then went up into the extremely hot attic and checked out the unit.  No problems there.  I talked to Josh about upgrading the air conditioning units in the future.  He gave me good advice that since these were working just to wait until the "winter" if I wanted to upgrade to the R-13 or higher models when the demand wasn't as bad.  The air conditioning units are blowing cool air and all is good.....for now, but if something else goes wrong I will definately give Sexton the first call again!  Keep up the good work guys!

They are great.  I had a five year policy for termites and they come monthly and spr0ay.  I renewed my termite inspection for another two years.  I still use them monthly for regular pest control maintenance.  They are timely and efficient.  Their quality of work seems to be good.  They always come to the door and ask me if there are any concerns.  So, I appreciated that.  Their price is competitive.

I called to get a tune up, tech came out, explained the maintenance plan and what it offers so I took that and Im glad I did. Saved me money and the technician was great. I was impressed by how fast they got me on the schedule, it was the same day I called. Good service, good company. Highly reccommend
