THIS U-HAUL USED TO BE VERY COMPETENT, BUT THE PERSONNEL HAVE DRASTICALLY CHANGED. THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF YOUNG GUYS WHO DON'T KNOW ELECTRICAL WORK, AND THEY TOTALLY MISWIRED MY TRUCK. MY WIPERS DIDN'T WORK, TAIL LIGHTS WENT OUT, AND WHEN I BROUGHT THE TRUCK BACK, THEY SAID IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. I HAD TO TAKE IT TO A FORD DEALER TO GET IT FIXED. THEN,I HAD TO PUT IN AN INSURANCE CLAIM THROUGH THE MAIN U-HAUL OFFICE.
