Company came out and measured the space where the mirrors had to go. The technician took his time to accurately measure and assess the position of the mirrors. About a week later they called and within a couple of days they installed the mirrors. Competitive price, great service and execution. Very happy with the final look. Would hire again and I would recommend True View.

Would not use this company again. Took 4 appointments to replace broken window glass. Each time, I had to take time off from work. Not good. First appointment was to measure and get estimate. Next two appointments the wrong size glass was brought. Third appointment, finally had the correct size, but there were small issues installing the glass. Each time the glass vendor was blamed for the incorrect measurements, and apparently this was happening too often. Customer service took the basic steps, but did nothing to convince me to use their company again.

In some cases windows are different in several ways, things do tend to get mis-measured at times, not often but it does happen, also our vendors are not perfect there are flaws in glass but I am glad we caught it and didn't leave you with a flawed install. So sorry you had to go through that."

They were on time, and did a great job.They even replaced the screen for me. Their office staff was very friendly and accommodating, and when I get them the window dimensions, they gave me the price right there.

The initial service call: They were careless in writing down the contact information. This led to a visit to a house that didn't exist and an email sent to a non-existent address. When they finally got it all correct, the did quality service. We would hire again but would be certain that the contact information was correct.

It took 6 weeks to get window manufactured. They had to come out twice as they did not measure on the first visit. This is a rental property so this was not optimal. Additionally, I was initially quoted a price of $595 for the one window. When I asked if there was a less expensive window I could order (this is a rental property), I was advised I was being charged an extra $100 as there was only one window and it cost more to make just one. Didn't make any sense. We finally negotiated it to $500. It appears the phone staff must make commission which seems just wrong. The only positive thing I can say about this company is the installation crew were very professional. Will not use this company again. Maybe if you are ordering an entire house of windows, but they are not the place to go for a broken, replacement, single window.

The two installers came out to the house right on time. They did take about an hour and a half longer than they originally said, but I was okay with that since they were being meticulous with their finishing work. Overall, I am very pleased with how they came out and the price was good too!
