True North Garage Door Service

Took care of what I need. Would use them again.

I hired based on the reviews on yelp and some other site. But I regret!!! Horrible customer service and rude technician Devin I believe so the happy reviews are before this guy joined true north garage door. The only thing this guy does is take picture or two go back to his truck and come up with hefty bill and refuse to work if you did not agree with his recommendations he try to force sell the parts and labor even if they are not required. And worst of all He Lied on my face, when I confronted him ask asked for the proof he backed out!! I believe his previous company fired him and he may get fired again soon. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a professional. He did not try to upsell me and was very affordable. I will definitely be using him again when I need help with my garage.

Devin was very helpful. He came out and saw my problem as the garage door would take about 8 or more clicks on my remote opener to get the door to completely open or close. I'm in a rental unit that I've lived in for 10 years and only needed a minor repair 3 or 4 years ago with another company. This time, Devin came out and saw my problem and how old the opener was (at least 20 years old), so he recommended that a unit that old should be replaced. I agreed and with the great quote, Devin left and brought back a replacement in 20 minutes or so and quickly replaced the opener along with all the new parts. It was all installed and working great !!! It's wonderful having a truly working garage door now. Thanks so much, Devin.

The tech, Devin, was respectful and came out quickly. He didn't have much room to work since our vehicles were stuck in the garage but he worked around them and we were happy with his service.
