Omar Pasillas was rude and tried to upset a warranty claim , said the belts dont break . The belt is 25 years old and made of rubber in Arizona.. also said thet the garage door is too heavy and if he doesnt like the rails and tighten coils which coils are new that he will need to just collect the fee and not do the work because the claim will get denied which it did due do the notes he left

Devin was very helpful. He came out and saw my problem as the garage door would take about 8 or more clicks on my remote opener to get the door to completely open or close. I'm in a rental unit that I've lived in for 10 years and only needed a minor repair 3 or 4 years ago with another company. This time, Devin came out and saw my problem and how old the opener was (at least 20 years old), so he recommended that a unit that old should be replaced. I agreed and with the great quote, Devin left and brought back a replacement in 20 minutes or so and quickly replaced the opener along with all the new parts. It was all installed and working great !!! It's wonderful having a truly working garage door now. Thanks so much, Devin.

Devin came out same day to give an estimate. He provided all of the options for garage door replacement and garage opener replacement. Estimate was provided on Friday and project was installed and completed on Monday. Devin was easy to work with and did an excellent job.
