They were repsonsive and the price was good, but the quality of the work wasn't as great.  They exteneded a concrete sidewalk, which was fine, but the subcontroctor didn't cover the side of the house so there was quite a bit of splatter that was hard for them to remove.

Everything about them was an A-the responsiveness, the works they did, the price. They were keeping in touch. They remembered that I was planning to get my tree trimmed in 3 months. They responded and called me. I'm happy with them.

Robert is wonderful! They installed a beautiful desert landscape! I have people stopping to ask who did the front yard! He does exactly what he says he is going to do. I would highly recommend his services.

I have used Trilogy for several years to maintain my landscape.I had tried several other companies before, but Trilogy is head and shoulders above the others. Reasonable price and excellent work. They are artists when it comes to shaping and trimming desert trees and shrubs

Multiple problems arose with this job, including a defective fitting and a new leak springing up a few feet from where the first was repaired. (The whole system is old and should be replaced but we can't afford to do that currently). They had to work in pouring rain the entire duration (1 hour+) of the first work, the clay-y ground was muddy and sodden the next day due to the leaks and rain. Robert discussed several options to keep the old system going awhile longer, and the ones chosen are still working now that irrigation season is back.

Robert offers knowledgeable, helpful suggestions, and listens carefully to what the customer wants. This has been a welcome change from other one-size-fits-all yard services we have used. Whenever multiple people have been needed on a job, his crews have done the work exactly per specs and cleaned up completely afterwards.
