I am a homeowner in Fountain Hills and this was my first ever major house project. When owner/estimator Ray T. showed up he displayed such an easy & detailed grasp of our (complex) job and is so professional, I thought, Oh, this guys gonna be expensive. But guess what? Trademarks estimate came in at the BOTTOM of the pack of 10. (Yeah, that is a lot of estimates. But two did not even get back to me (??). Two were unbelievably high: $5,700 more plus wood, the other a whopping $7,700 more (67% higher!). One was local, good no doubt, but still +$2,800. And one did not even look at the roof, said they would just use the satellite.) Trademark Roofing is licensed (of course), insured (including General Liability), super-efficient (first-day crew of 9!) and included all plywood & 90 feet of fascia & all tiles in the estimate. And the low cost not due to cutting corners: 20-year warranty 2-layer SBS underlayment and 2-layer granular cap sheet (peel-and-stick) on the patio (not 1 like others). Even threw in roof on add-on stucco shed (not in contract). Super attention to detail - you should see some of the precision cuts.30 years experience, one employee (no subcontractors) has been with him for 20 years, and Ray T. is easy to talk to. That is the long version review. The short version is: sign the contract, write the deposit check, and relax. I did and 41 days later I have a perfect new tile roof and flat patio and foam garage roofs, too! You do not even need to be home.

We would give this company 10 stars if we could! Ray and his team will give special attention to every detail. They repaired/replaced several roofs in our neighborhood as well as several of our friends. You can count on quality work and great customer service!

Ray and his team are top notch! They took great care of our roofing needs and were fast and reliable! They stripped repaired and re-tiled our entire roof in two days! I recommend them to anyone! Plus Ray is as skilled on the track as he is with roofing! :)

First, I would like to thank Ray and Family for helping me out of a spot. A month ago I had TradeMark and a few other company`s come out and bid to replace my roof. Tademarks prices were a little higher but not much more than the cheapest bid, but pinching pennies, I went with the cheapest, even though Ray had advised me not to; He had told me that in his bid, everything was included and that there would be no up selling after the job started. Again. I went with the lessor bid trying to save a few pennies. In the long run, it may wind up costing me $2500 more as that contractor kept giving me excuses of why he had not started my roof, which was to be done in the first week of May, even though that contractor knew I was also having a new Patio built. he told my wife and I,"Don`t worry , I will do everything I can and come back when the patio is finished and tie in". NO SHOW. On May 26th I still had no definite start date, and it had changed from a one day install to a five day install. I was highly perturbed by now. So I pick up the phone and called TradeMark Roofing and had spoken to Rays wife, and had explained what had happened. After expressing her sympathy`s, she asked so what would you like us to do for you? I asked what I thought was the impossible; " well , I was supposed to be on vacation two weeks ago, and I`m still at home, Is it possible you can replace a roof tomorrow?" She told me she would call Ray and explain the situation, and that he would call me back. A short while later I received that call, and by 2pm the next day, my entire roof was complete. There employees were polite and professional the entire time they were on the job site, and as Ray promised, there was no up-selling. The house looks beautiful, and I can`t express how thankful I am to the TradeMark family for being there for mine. If you need a New Roof, I would HIGHLY recommend TadeMark roofing, Top notch contractor. Thanks Guys.

I was amazed at the number of people they had on my roof. I think at one time there was seven. It looked like it was going to rain so they brought in two more people. By the time the rain started( 2:00pm) They had the roof water tight. Told me they would be back after the rain stopped. Two days later the roof was finished. It was a tile roof and the underlayment needed to be replaced. So there was a lot of work required. The roof looks beautiful. I have had several neighbors ask about it. Would recommend to anyone!

These guys were amazing!!!! Our roof was in seriously bad shape, they striped off old roof, replaced some of the wood, removed and covered up a sky light, put in new roof vents and all new drip edge. They showed up with 3 guys at 7:30, got started and a fourth guy came a little later, they took a short lunch break and was completely done and cleaned up by 4:30 the same day. Ray had given us an estimate last year when we were out viviting and he kept the same quote this year when we were ready to get it done. Ray stopped by to check on his crew and his son was the one in charge. We are retired and Ray is especially considerate for retirees and completely trust worthy. Great work ethics, great value and service!!!

Ray was awesome, came out and gave an estimate that was fair and included any extras needed at no charge ! The work was done as requested in just a few days, and looks great. Trademark is who I am recommending to everyone !
