Toyo Works was transitioning to a new receptionist when I first called, so it did take a few days to respond to the web form I filled out requesting a call. Talked to the owner, Andre, about bringing the car in, and he gave me a straightforward assessment of what he could do and what approach to take for the many needed repairs on my car. I'm certain I could have the same job done for less, but not as professionally. Toyo Works used only OEM parts, and made the repairs faster than I requested. Very happy with the service, and I will be back for a new clutch master and slave cylinders soon.

They charged me half what the dealer was going to charge me and still used lexus parts and handled getting a rental car for me. They finished it when they said they would and as bonus had my car detailed and have thre free oil changes. Very professional.

They're absolutely the best. They're fair, honest and don't over-charge. They're friendly and professional and I recommend them often.

I ALWAYS bring my Lexus to ToyoMotors for any repairs and the manufacturer's recommended maintenance. I feel their prices and workmanship are excellent. They even visited salvage yards for me once to find a headlight system so I wouldn't have to buy new one from Lexus and pay the full price for a new part.

They are very cost-conscious and they have wi-fi and a coffee machine in their comfortable waiting room. They service my Mercedes, Porsche, and Toyota. Brian is a great guy to work with. I've been very happy with their service.

We go only to them as they are awesome. They specialize in Toyotas and Lexus but they do other things as well. We would highly recommend them. They are the only people that we would let our car to be touched by. They are fabulous.

Great place - you can feel good about bringing your car here. My 4Runner has over 100k miles on it and runs GREAT - have been bringing it here for every oil change and major service. This is a good, honest mechanic.

I have mostly pretty positive things to say. They mostly understood my questions. They took care of the repair work, labor hours. I don't have any basis for saying anything too high or too low. I didn't see a tendency to pad things out or do things to stretch it out. They did provide a list of things they noticed while we had the car in for service, which was helpful, but I didn't opt for any of the extra service. They did the things I authorized them too. It pretty much got done on schedule, sometimes a day late, but that happens.

They charge me about half of what the Lexus dealer charges. They do a good job. I've had good experiences. They got the job done on time. They sign my maintenance book every time. I will continue to use them in the future.
