I cannot say enough about Top Notch Roofing and their Project Manager, Handy! If you don't read any further, please do not hesitate to give them a call for all your roofing needs. With all the rain we've been having the last few weeks, we noticed water leakage in our dining area. Received his name off of Angi.com and before I could contact him the next day, Handy had already called me first thing the next morning which impressed me. We had our flat roof coated 6-7 years ago and no one could figure out where the leakage was coming from. Everyone said the roof looked good. I let Handy know the situation over the phone, and he told me, "I'll find it." He came the next day when he said he would, and within 5 minutes, he was able to detect the hairline crack near the scupper where water was going. Since he also thought the roof looked good other than that one area, he gave the information to my husband as to what to do to take care of the leak, and also gave us the name of a drywall person if we needed them. I cannot talk about the work they do, other than from the reviews I read that said they do excellent work. But as far as getting to the root of the problem you might be having on your roof, I have full confidence in them finding it and giving you a good price to have it repaired. Small Roof Leak and Replace the Facia Board

We went through over a dozen large and small firms, and sadly it was difficult to obtain quotes, let alone an honest one! Handy was honest and upfront and the quote included everything, no add-ons and the price was more than fair! Also final payment would only be made upon our satisfaction which wasn’t necessary but a comfort knowing this. Handy and his staff always communicated with us throughout the entire process. It was only a 4 day process and throughout the entire process they cleaned up the site immaculately every night. They didn’t even know we had pets to be worried for, that’s how conscientious they are! We really couldn’t give higher accolades than Handy and Top Notch and his workers! They truly went above and beyond and the name of the company. They exemplify the name of their company and is proof of their work! Our house is definitely evident and available for a reference! Having a family owned company for almost 100 years, I do know true honesty, quality, and workmanship, which they clearly exhibited tenfold!

It went fine. They were very punctual, cleaned up well after themselves, every thing went very well.

Excellent. They are very conscientious and I didn't pay until they finished the job. The price is good.
