Top Hatter Air Duct Cleaning Company

I was extremely i!pressed with the 3 young men who came to clean and inspect my daughter's two fireplaces. They determined only one needed to be cleaned, and only charged me for one of the two fireplaces. They were so nice, communication was excellent, and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Went great. They were able to send a team out the day after I called. Two nice guys showed up on time the next morning and got right to work. One went on the roof and the other went into the laundry room where I had previously moved and disconnected the duct from the dryer. They found a fairly big blockage (lint) at the top of the vent that was causing the problem They cleaned up and even re-connected the dryer and pushed it back into place.

He found dryer vent from top of roof through attic was not connected but he cleaned it anyway,not sure how he could have done that correctly if it was not connected.. also he did not clean where dryer goes into wall. I went and found lent still stuffed in there He should have told me the about problem and came back at later date. It was money wasted

Great service. They go on roof and through dryer duct. Showed me all the lint that was extracted. Excellent job. No mess. Friendly.

Charged me only for inspection as fireplace had never been used. Also provided instructions for use.

I thought it went very well. The job was about three hours. They used covered mats in some areas and everything was in it's place and clean when they walked out the door. Service items were the ones I discussed on the phone before confirming a booking. Just a warning for someone that has not done this before - have some earplugs on hand.

Overall a good experience

Three workers spent over 2 hours cleaning the air ducts and the returns in my home.  The workers were professional, answered any questions I had, and cleaned up prior to leaving.  I had avoided having this done for years because I expected to have to move a lot of furniture or there would be messy clean up afterwards.  This company worked around my furniture and covered it when they needed to.  The actual duct cleaning didn't cause a mess.  What little mess there was afterwards, the workers diligently cleaned up. 

No upsell either!

Provider was here for about 1 hour 45 minute, working diligently the whole time, as well as answered my questions.  Was pleased with his work.

Alex, Mike, and Cisco came out on time. They covered any furniture that might get some dust/dirt on it with plastic. They removed all of the vent and return covers, took them outside and thoroughly cleaned them. They vacuumed out the vents, then went in with a swab covered in sanitizer. They kept performing this step until the swab came back clean. They sprayed sanitizer into the vent system and replaced all of the vent covers. They went up on he roof and cleaned the a/c unit coils. They cleaned out the dryer vent as well. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need my ducts and dryer vent cleaned!
