IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! WORST CONTRACTOR EVER!!!
It took 3 months for them to start the installation. I was told 6 weeks. Their excuse was their supplier was in China.
The installer showed up at 7 a.m. unannounced to unload the shutters. My scheduled appointment was at 11 a.m. that day.
The installer damaged my personal property (car, driveway & a fan) and got nasty when I pointed it out.
It took over 30 emails to the owners to get reimbursed for the damages.
The installer turn the thermostat down to 65 several times without asking me during 100+ temperatures.
2 of the 23 shutters didn't fit.
The sunburst shutter took them 4 attempts to get it to fit.
The family room shutter was measured and made wrong twice and they just left it that way with a big gap in the middle.
None of the paint flaws & cracked slats have been repaired. They have done nothing to repair the bad caulking job. They just don't care.
I paid them to remove the old blinds and they didn't even patch the nail holes from the old brackets. That is just common sense to me, along with cleaning up the mess they made drilling the holes to mount the shutters. The installer left plaster dust on the floors and inside every window sill.
It's now been more than 10 months since I ordered and signed a contract for the shutters and they still haven't finished the job!
The owners are unprofessional, insulting & rude. They won't answer my calls or emails anymore.
I have sent over 200 emails about the poor installation job. 10 different employees from Today's Interiors have been to my home in the last 10 months and all they do is look at the manufacturing defects but not one of them is qualified to get the job finished.
I'm shocked that a project costing $10,000.00+ can be such a nightmare and deliver unacceptable product.
The shutters have several paint flaws, cracks in the slats and a very poor calking attempt.
I've been begging them for 10 months to finish the job but they won't respond.
I JUST WANT WHAT I PAID FOR.
My advice...DO NOT use Today's Interiors.
