Very well. Work was excellent. A couple days after the work was completed I noticed a couple of areas that needed to be touched up. Spoke with Alex and he immediately set up a date to come and do the touch up - no questions asked, very cordial and professional.

Terrific. Started on time. Entire job was completed in 3 1/2 hours. Very pleased with the quality of the work. Shad and his son Alex were very polite, informative and very easy to work with.

Shad Gregg and his team at Titleist Painting were a pleasure to work with. Shad came out to do a detailed walk around before providing a quote. The quote was very reasonable and the company delivered everything that was discussed. They also took care of a significant issue with a window sill that came up when I was preparing for the job and added elastomeric coating to the top of the roof parapet wall at no additional cost. During their paint preparation, they made sure that all visible cracks were properly caulked and sealed, rather than relying on the paint to fill the smaller cracks. The overall quality of the workmanship was outstanding. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product.

Shad, the owner, and his team were always on time, dependable, hard-working, honest, neat and tidy. The work is excellent and has transformed our sad 40 year old house into a home that we are proud to say is ours. It was obvious that all of their workers take pride in their work and they paid attention to every detail from prep to the finishing touches on the trim. They used primer and two coats of paint so that our home will be able to stand up to the Arizona sun and look good for years to come. Shad is an excellent communicator and was hands-on throughout the project. Over the course of the week, I met his dad and son, all work in the business and have the same high standards. Titleist was not the highest or lowest bid that we had. I felt they were honest and that we paid a fair price for quality work. I am very visual and OCD so I see every little flaw especially when it come to cracks, flaking or color variations: I am a happy camper with the finished product. I chose Titleist based on their Arizona Registrar of Contractors rating, A+ rating by BBB, 5 star rating on YELP and inclusion on Angie's list. It was important to me as the homeowner that the company be licensed and bonded. As a female and a senior, I felt very safe having them on my property and letting them into my home. I will have no concerns about having them paint the inside of my house in the next month. I know they will care for my home like they care for theirs.

Great job! Very smooth surfaces, nice color match to existing areas. Very friendly and professional. Very prompt and quick turnaround. Would definitely hire them again.

The owner and his son showed up when they said they would and got right to work. They repaired some cracks in the foundation, and water-proofed an area above a concrete patio I requested. By afternoon, they were done. They even left almost a gallon of paint for me to do future touch ups, if needed.

Titelist did a fantastic job. the attention to masking everything off was meticulous & I was pleasantly surprized at their clean up after plus their work is first rate and was done in a timely manner.

Excellent service & prompt! Owner took time to give estimate & walked around home with explanation of exactly what would be done from power wash, repairs of door jams that were needed and sealing areas. All new garage door seals & external frame repair around doors. Included painting iron gate & iron security door with repair of door jam. Crew was efficient & removed items from porches. Dunn Edward paint used & left touch up paint. Owner came by after work was completed & did a walk around home to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. BTW this was the second time our home was painted by Teddy & his crew and that was 12 years ago! This company is more than legit & highly recommend!

We actually waited over the weekend to approve the work, but once we did, he said he could be there the next morning. He and his son showed up for work on time and got to work right away. I pretty much left them alone, except for an occasional look-see on how it was progressing. After power washing the front of the house (and the car port, which wasn't getting painted) most of the time was spent prep'ing the house, masking and taping. They worked throughout the day and by 3 pm were done with all of it! The job looked great and the color we picked blended in with the rest of the house wonderfully. He even painted a small wall that we had not had in the plan originally, and for no increase in price. We've had a number of complements on how the house looks now (I am sorry to say it was looking a little shabby before he painted it.) We will definitely consider Titleist Painting for future jobs.

The company is licensed with the State of Arizona and has been in business 20+ years.  The contract terms for the project were settled on the morning of 3/20/17 with the owner, S. "Teddy" Gregg, and the work began immediately on the same day. Teddy had a crew of 5 to 6 workers on the project, including himself and the work was completed in two days on 3/22/17. From start to finish, all work was professionally done in a timely manner and with no delays. Teddy was onsite each day and not only monitored the work being done by his crew, but also pitched in to help with the preparation work and seal-coating. He and/or his workers were very responsive and exhibited a great deal of patience in answering any questions my husband and I had about the project. We are extremely happy with the painting work that was done on our home and plan to have this company come back to do the foam seal-coating on the flat roofs of our carport and patio. We highly recommend Titleist Painting & Roof Coating!
