They came out quickly scope a line for free of charge gave us a honest bid and done in a very timely manner, they walked us through the whole progress of the project from start to finish when they were done, it looked like they were never there. I had an absolutely awesome experience with Titanium. I was remodeling an upstairs bathroom and had a number of things to do. The tub required the drain to be rerouted, the original plumbing needed to move in order for the tileboard to be flush to the studs, and the shower needed to be raised. I reviewed a number of companies and chose Titanium. The quality and service were amazing. It was easy to schedule, follow up, etc. The work was done quickly but perfectly. Everything looked great and this enabled me to move on to the next step in the project. I had this done in 2023 and have had no issues since. Additionally, the workspace was kept clean. I know it is a remodel, but it is nice to have a contractor that is careful to not create a mess and clean up anything that they had to. Titanium is the only plumber that I plan on using for any other projects.
