Simply a great experience overall! Titan's receptionist was extremely polite throughout the initial contact and the technician was prompt and professional. He was sensitive to our concerns about our dog coming in contact with the application, and the overall treatment was extremely effective. The net result was a very good service for a very fair price. My only advice would be to call well ahead of time, or schedle a reoccuring service, as their scheduling may take a few days to reach you.

We are starting a regular treatment program with them. They have a good reputation and they were prompt. The first time the person didn't show up for the appointment and we called and they had a computer problem the day that we made the appointment. They apologized and sent someone out the next day.
