Our system has worked perfectly and has been one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have owned alarm systems in other homes but none compare to the caliber of Titan.

I have been with Ameritech for a little over 2 years.  Brian and Chad
have always taken very good care of me and one of my neighbors that I
referred.  I had a glass break sensor malfunctioning just after install.
I called Chad and he came out that same day and replaced the sensor.
I did a lot of research before signing a contract and realized that I
wanted to go with the 2gig security system and called around to a few
security companies that carried that specific hardware.  Ameritech
Security offered me the most amount of free sensors and the install was
very clean.  I realized that all of the local security companies use
most of the same nationwide monitoring companies so the monitoring price
was going to be the same regardless of whoever I chose.
This past month I had a experience that prompted me to write a review of
Ameritech.  I was driving to work when the monitoring company called me
and informed me that they had a monitored smoke detector alarming and
they stated that they had dispatched the Northwest fire department.
Within a few minutes of that call my neighbor called me and informed me
that she saw white smoke coming out of my front door.
By the time I got home, Northwest fire was on scene and had put out the fire and
rescued my dogs from the house.  Due to the fast response of the alarm
monitoring company and the Northwest fire department, my house had
minimal damage and both my pets were safe.
The firefighters told me that I was extremely lucky that I had a monitored smoke detector
tied to my alarm system.  They stated that normally when they get a
fire call the house is engulfed in flames.  I couldn't be happier with
the system, Ameritech security and the monitoring company.  For my wife
and I the small monthly fee is well worth the peace of mind.

What I got was a company that only works bankers hours, hires a outside firm to handle monitoring and offers very little support.
I also found out that the device I was told had a smoke detector installed does not; so all these months I have been thinking that my home is protected against a fire when in fact it has no protection at all.
What they setup for me is the ability to notify their monitoring station by pushing a button that my home is on fire.  It is more viable for me to just dial 911 myself and if nobody is at  home...  my house burns with nothing to notify the authorities of the problem except
my neighbors if I am lucky.
To anyone seeking a alarm company, ensure that you are not just getting a button pad that is connected to some wireless door sensors; ensure that the protection you are seeking is actually given and not just promised.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I liked the service. I have a system that is a lot more complex than anything I could have gotten with other companies. I can pretty much control everything in my house through my phone. I worked with an actual Titan rep. I think the actual sales guy was kind of flaky. Everyone else was incredible professional, and well-sorted out, and I was very happy with the way that went. Any time the alarm has gone off accidently, they are right there contacting you to make sure everything is OK. The overall experience was good. The price was excellent. The quality of service was good. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.
