He did a great job

Tim has done a lot of jobs for me over the five years that I have lived in Phoenix, and he is now arranging to replace my air conditioning gas pack unit. He has always been prompt, polite, funny, clean, professional, and all-around helpful, despite the fact that some of the things I have needed have been relatively minor and probably a lot of bother for him to perform a small item. He has always done an excellent job the first time, expeditiously. He makes responds rapidly to situations that need immediate attention, like a water pipe to the sprinkler system breaking and dumping a huge amount of water. I have recommended him to several of my friends, especially women who are strapped for time. My husband also trusts him and advises me to call on him in a variety of circumstances.

Tim was quick to respond to my email inquiry and schedule an appointment. He confirmed the appointment by phone the afternoon before and showed up right on time. When he arrived right on time and got to work on the projects on his list. He was incredibly clean and wasted no time on the job. I highly recommend Tim and wouldn't hesitate for a second to use him again in the future.
