GRANITE WAS DELIVERED ON TIME. COUNTER TILE DEMO'D AS PROMISED AND ON TIME. GRANITE CUT, POLISHED AND INSTALLED ON TIME. FLOOR CERAMIC DEMO'D AS PROMISED AND ON TIME. TRAVERTINE FLOOR INSTALLED AS PROMISED AND ON TIME. BARELY HAD ENOUGH TRAVERTINE TO INSTALL JOB; 5 TILES LEFT. UNABLE TO OBTAIN MORE TRAVERTINE FOR FUTURE REPAIRS.
