Miguel, Antonio, Nuvia and crew came through once again. Several years ago we had them provide a custom screen enclosure for our house in Maricopa, which we are confident added to the home's value when we sold it and moved to Casa Grande last year. We were so pleased with their work and professionalism we didn't hesitate about calling them first for an estimate to do similar work at our house in Casa Grande. This was a larger and slightly more complicated patio to enclose - not to mention the additional distance they had to drive to get down here each day. But they charged a very fair price and did a fantastic job - on time and on budget. Our patio space is now an extension of our interior living space, allowing our dogs and cats to safely enjoy the 'outdoor' space with us while keeping bugs out. Plus their attention to detail and quality of workmanship is rare today. We also had them install a gutter system along the front edge of the patio roof to help direct rain waters to the side yard rather than the waterfall that would otherwise pour off the patio roof and flood the back yard. Highly recommend.

We love living in Maricopa, but the flies and mosquitoes are insufferable - especially after this past monsoon season. I contacted several screen companies and The Sunscreen Factory gave us a very competitive price and timeline for installation. They were very friendly on the phone and had good reviews on Angie's List which helped 'seal the deal'. Miguel met me at the house and we talked about design/layout and options and settled on a plan, price, and timeline. I even changed the location of the door at the last minute and Miguel gladly accommodated - no additional charge. The quality of their work was very high. Miguel did the framing layout and assembly, after which his brother Antonio installed the screens. Antonio even stayed late on a Friday evening in miserably warm, humid, and mosquito-laden conditions to finish so we could enjoy the patio that weekend. There were a few cosmetic issues that I discovered the next day when it was lighter outside, but they immediately responded and resolved them to my complete satisfaction. The finished product was exactly as we had envisioned and even exceeded our expectations. The 'B' for professionalism has absolutely nothing to do with their attitudes and work ethic...A+ in that category...it is ONLY because they were not prepared on the final day to sweep/vacuum the patio to dispose of all of the small aluminum shavings left from the construction of the frame. Truth is, this is really 'A minus' at worst, but a customer's standards should be high. Antonio offered to sweep if I provided a broom or to return with a vacuum, but he had already worked late as it was to finish, so I simply couldn't make him stay to do it. Will definitely call them first any time I have a need in this category.

Antonio came out, gave an estimate, and we scheduled the installation. Antonio came back one week later exactly on schedule and installed the new screens. We are very pleased and would definitely use them again. Very professional small family business.

Our patio can be broken up into two areas approximately 12 feet by 10 feet.  Instead of installing the metal base the standard 4 feet high, he was able to trim it down to 3 feet so we would still be able to sit in our chairs on the patio and see out over the top.  All of the metal frames were adjusted to accommodate for the slight slope of the concrete slab and leave no additional gaps.  One side was set up with double doors, while the other side could only fit a single door because stairs would have been in the way.  Before installing the doors to the frames, Miguel made sure to check that we were certain on which ways the door would open and pointed out the initial idea on the single side would not work with the stairs in the way.  The screen parts were mounted with very well and look like they can last for a very long time.  
The gutters were installed and attached to the porch and roof with high quality.  I was surprised how well the attachment worked because a previous gutter person said that at  the specific spot that we really needed a gutter, it would not work.
The last two screens we needed were odd shapes, one around our horse stalls that has a slight slope to it, the other goes on the front door between the glass piece that can open and the iron frame.  On the door there was not a lot of space to fit a screen, but Miguel was able to come up with an idea on how to get the screen attached and stay when we open the glass part without opening the door entirely.
The sunscreen factory was able to take care of our many projects on one day and for a reasonable price while still maintaining top quality.  They took they extra time to make sure all of the finishing features were complete and cleaned up everything after.  We really appreciated the fact that they checked multiple times on any key decisions before fully installing anything.

I called The Sunscreen Factory. The receptionist was extremely nice and booked the appointment quickly. I didn't have to wait for someone else to call me back....she booked it right then.
The day of the appointment Miguel showed up about 20 minutes early for the estimate....a quality i look for. Miguel was professional, courteous and above all explained to me the differences in sunscreen material. He took all the measurements and provided me with a fair price..He booked his appointment right then..no waiting for a call back. That next Saturday Miguel showed up again 30 minutes early....it took him about an hour to finish installing them.
The quality is great. Miguel even made sure I had the appropriate paper work to turn into SRP for the rebate program and explained what I needed to do.
I had called one other company to get a quote......they were horrible. They acted as if it were a pain to drive to east Mesa to give me an estimate......and that was the receptionist....when the technician called it really let me know it was out of his way.
Not once did I hear or see anything but positive and professional attitudes with The Sunscreen Factory. Thank you Miguel!!
