Furniture - Sales
Our sales associate Laverne showed us 2 different bed protectors and sent a 3rd different one. I explained this to her over the phone and she insisted they were the right ones. I had to go down to the store and she said it was not the less expansive one but was neither of the 2 that she showed. I would not have bought something I didn't see or touch the one they sent. The run around store is what I would say. If you decide to shop here stay clear of Laverne.

THEY WERE VERY RUDE BOTH OVER THE PHONE AS WELL AS IN PERSON. IT TOOK OVER A WEEK TO RETURN MY CALL. WHEN THEY FINALLY ARRIVED TO DO THE JOB THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DID A HORRIBLE JOB. WE HAVE HAD TO GET IT REDONE THREE TIMES IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS DUE TO LOUSY SERVICE.
