The Other Brothers

I love The Other Brothers! They did a fantastic job! I had hail damage from the super storm and he worked with the insurance company to get that off for that and he was there and out. He did an awesome job. His work was good. I had to have them come back because they made a hole in my roof and they had to repair that again.

2010's October hail storm brought some severe damage with it. We noticed our  screens had golf ball sized holes in them after the storm and suspected there may be other damages to the house as well. A few months later we decided to do something about it. We contacted Luke at The Other Brothers. He walked us through our many projects step by step and stayed in contact until all the work was done. We had an A/C replacement, some window screens replaced, a new roof put in, leaky kitchen window fixed (which also involved repainting the interior around it), and full exterior paint job. He and his team were helpful in finding ways for us to save money in replacements and an upgrade to the A/C unit. Luke also helped us with handle the insurance claim which was a big help. We would recommend Luke and Other Brothers to anyone.

I had already had an approval from my insurance company when I called The Other Brothers to repair my roof. After my first meeting with my project manager, I could tell he was very knowledgable. Since my insurance company only agreed to replace specific tiles, he asked me to allow him to schedule a reinspection with the insurance adjuster. Much to our dismay we found out that the insurance company was going to replace my broken tiles with tiles that did not match in color, style, or texture as my tile had been discontinued years ago. This was the point where I knew that I needed to hand this over to The Other Brothers to handle. It was not long after that I received an email from Luke informing me that I was going to be receiving an entire new roof, repairs to my A/C unit, and repair and painting work on my stucco. I can’t thank this company enough for the time and work they did for me.

I worked with Luke from the Other Brothers in the summer time. This company was working on 2 or 3 houses on my street so I decided to have him look at my roof. He showed me some hail damage on my roof, the stucco, and my A/C units. I hadn't even realized there was damage. I called my insurance company and Luke met an adjuster at my house within a week or so. The adjsuter agreed that there was some major damage and so the process started. The reason I am writing this review is because of what happened after this point. Luke and The Other Brothers handled EVERYTHING. Luke insisted my AC units be fully replaced (They were over 10 years old) instead of just parts being replaced. After about two weeks The Other Brothers was able to get me a new roof, 2 new AC units, stucco and paint repair. As soon as I recieved the check from my insurance company, the job was done within 4 days. I couldn't be more happy and thankful for everything they did on my behalf. I am completely satisified and will definitly call them in the future!!
