I called the phone number on their website around 7:00 PM and discussed the project with Shaun, and he was at my house by 8:00 that same night. He re-keyed 7 locks and cleaned them while he was at it. Great customer service and very fair prices!

I now have used the Lock Doctor twice through this service and he is so incredibly prompt and knows what he is doing and cost is reasonable. This guy is great. Both times I requested him it was very early am hours (emergency service) and he was dressed professional and so speedy. My dog was locked in my room and I was worried I would have to wait hours for a call back. Not with the Lock Doctor! He is great and I highly recommend this company again and again.
