The Cleaning Authority - Phoenix

Scott came to our house for the initial sales visit and agreed to honor some special cleaning requests we had. He would be taking notes and would let the cleaning team know about this. When the cleaners arrived, they were very nice but had absolutely no idea about any special requests. We had to explain it to them again. They did a pretty good job and were generally cordial but missed a few spots (even on the areas that they said they cleaned on their checklist). When Andrea was called to provide feedback about their visit, she stated that they spent longer than they planned there and insisted that they have a specific process and that we were to provide a different cleaning mop for them since they didn't think the one we initially provided for the wood floors would be efficient enough. She even suggested that "we may not be the right cleaning service for you." A request was made to speak to Scott, since he was the first person that came to our house, and she said, "...I will ask him to see if he will call you back, but I make the decisions about these things..." Needless to say, we cancelled our recurring appointments; Scott never called us back. It would have been really nice to know up front at the initial sales visit that this company did not want to honor our special requests; if varying from their cleaning procedures is not possible or desired, then this should have been communicated up front. We would have saved a lot of time and annoyance by simply choosing another company who would be able and willing to accommodate our requests. This company may benefit from improved communication between their leadership and their team.

Ceap rates, but after 3+ months of use with varied degrees of satisfaction from weekly cleans, I ultimately found this company's employees to be lacking in professionalism, maturity, and communication -- 3 things I value highly when allowing someone access to my home in my absence.
The straw that broke the camel's back was when I returned home after being away all morning, expecting to come home to a lovely, clean home, only to find a sloppy job had been done (sofa pillows carelessly on sofas, my dogs' bed and blankets piled in the middle of the floor where they had not been)  --- and above all, my gas fireplace blazing away in the middle of Phoenix September.  A full fire in a fireplace should be impossible to miss.  My whole lower level was unbearably hot - not to mention the expense and hazard.  Upon calling Kim (manager), no real restitutions were offered (a partial reimbursement or a repeat visit of cleaners).
Services promptly cancelled.  You get what you pay for.

QUALITY OF WORK IS DEPENDENT ON THOSE THAT SHOW UP TO DO THE WORK. SOME HAVE BEEN GREAT, BUT MANY HAVE BEEN POOR. THEY SEEM TO HAVE A PROBLEM KEEPING PEOPLE. OUR REGULARS DON'T MOVE ITEMS WHEN DUSTING. THEY HAVE LEFT WITHOUT DOING FLOORS OR THE TOP OF APPLIANCES. THE CLEANING AUTHORITY HAS BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING WHEN WE ASK FOR SCHEDULE CHANGES AND DO REACT TO ANY COMPLAINTS. WE ARE TERMINATING OUR CONTRACT, MOSTLY DUE TO THE INCONSISTENT LEVEL OF SERVICE.

RECENTLY, I HAVE NOT BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT THE CLEANING AUTHORITY HAS PROVIDED. IT SEEMS THAT EVERY TIME THEY COME, SOMETHING GETS MISSED. THIS PAST WEEK THE GARBAGE WAS LEFT IN MY FRONT YARD.

I AM VERY PLEASE WITH THIS CLEANING SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY DETAIL ORIENTED. I KNOW THAT MY HOME IS GOING TO BE CLEAN, AFTER THEY LEAVE. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THE JOB DONE.

THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH, FRIENDLY AND QUICK. THEY WILL ALTERNATE SOME OF THE UNUSUAL CLEANING EACH WEEK.
