I hesitate writing this review because Ipart of me wants to keep these guys TO MYSELF! But they deserve all the business they can handle because they are that good. That being said:
We had been bringing my 93 yr old mother's (yes, she still drives well!) 1999 Saab 9/5 to Swedish Auto Werks for several years, feeling we didn't have much choice. The service was less than stellar UNTIL this last time! WOW! The new owner, Steve, was like a doctor...and very concerned that our past experiences would limit our trust. Not only did he want to make up for someone else's mistakes, but he and his technician, Willy, finally fixed the problem that the previous owner could not! Along the way to full repair, Willy took the time to reconstruct a part rather than simply order a whole AC box, which would have been much easier for him to do. That act saved me $2000! Willy came out to show me exactly what he did with the passion of an artist. I probably enjoyed that more than the fact that the darn thing was finally fixed!

I had a problem with a intermittent ABS light on my 1998 Volvo C70. The previous week I took it to a different service outfit who couldn't find the problem. I took it to Steve and he knew what it was - a bad wheel hub. He told me what was the matter, as well as a few other things, but didn't try to sell me to fix them, just be aware of them. So, I had him fix the wheel hub and he showed me what it looked like, just so I could see how bad it really was. The other guys should've reset my service light, too, but didn't have the equipment to do so. Steve did.
Great Volvo service is hard to find here in Phoenix. I took my other Volvo to one of the dealers, but swore I'd never go back again.
