They had a good quality. Their prices are very reasonable. They did a very good job with the installation.

The cabinets are a bit inexpensive. We aren't totally satisfied with the way the doors work on a couple of them, but there was nothing that they could do about it. I don't know if we want to take the time to send it to the company. They replaced the doors, but the service guy couldn't do anything about the drawer fronts. Sometimes, they didn't return phone calls. When I make a second call, they are responsive. They have been out three or four times. Almost all of the wood in furniture and cabinetry comes from China, so it's completely dried and it tends to warp a little bit. Overall, we are happy with this company. The price was very good.

The salesman helped design and ordered cabinets through manufacturer. He made some excellent suggestions. For example, we previously had pots and pans in a blind cabinet, and he suggested large drawers to hold those items. A lazy susan in the blind cabinet helped with better use of space, also. Superior Stone was able to get the cabinets in half the time other companies could. They kept to our time line with delivery and installation. The installer was an independent contractor who did a good job but he was inconsiderate of our being in the home. (Played his music very loud while we were trying to listen to a ball game in another room.) He also negotiated his own deal for installing knobs and pulls we provided, and that seemed somewhat high. And his customer relations skills left something to be desired. There were 3 or 4 cabinet doors that were warped, and when we drew it to the salesman's attention, he ordered replacement doors and took care of the follow-up. We were very satisfied with the salesman, Rick, and value for the dollar with the company.

This company did an outstanding job from the original estimate to completion. Don't let the prefabrication of the granite worry you. It just mean that the ends are prefinished to save time in the installtion/finishing process, and that means they're cheaper than most. It also means that they have an inventory of prefinshed granite that is ready for installation. If the installers are available, they do yours the next day after you pick out your granite. The installers are true craftmen, and take great pride in what they do. They also clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering granite countertops.

I just moved into my new house and I hired them to install all the countertops. One Friday, they fabricated the countertops and by Monday they were installed on my kitchen. The people that did the job were excellent, qualified, and fast. They bettered the price by 10%. I got a very good deal on the price of the granite. I was getting quotes from $5600 to $8000. They look beautiful. The countertops I bought are prefabricated.
