The owner called me and apologized for the miscommunication and refunded me. I was very happy with the outcome. I will retract my previous review. I have contacted Angies list to remove my previous review.

We contacted Mark to do two screens in our backyard to have the sun reduced (windows face West). He mentioned that he had a $250 minimum but I was fine with that. We had worked with him in the past and he was great. Instead of just charging me $250 for the two windows, he took a look around the house to see if I could use anymore screens and he mentioned they do skylights. He did a skylight sunscreen box and the two windows for $275ish. He had them done in about 3 business days. Install was great and so was he. The skylight box made a huge difference in our laundry room.
Description of Work: 2 small bedroom windows and a sunscreen box for our sky light.

The sunscreen installation was extremely efficient and professional. All my windows were first washed, which was awesome. Sunscreens by Mark also provide exterior window washing services, for which I have used subsequent to my sunscreen installation. The sunscreens also provide privacy, which is of the utmost concern.
Description of Work: I saw Mark's work 5 years before I was able to buy a home and I just knew that he was the one I was going to use for my sunscreens! My utility bill vastly decreased in the summers once the sunscreens were installed. Mark is professional, courteous and does amazing work!! I HIGHLY recommend him and won't use anyone else for my future home(s). He also creates custom security doors, which I also intend for him to do.
