Doesn’t even deserve a star. Awful service by the owner Tom. Constantly talks down to the customer when just asking a simple question. When I questioned about a crack in the shutter he said that’s not a crack and then he walked over to his partner and said, “we are dealing with a real **** here.” Not knowing i was behind him. I have 4 little kids and just could not believe he just said that in my own home. He denied it and said, “ no i said we have to go on a hunt.” As nice as i could i had to ask him 5 times to leave my house. Once he left his partner apologized over and over for what he had said. I’m still shaking and extremely upset with what happened. His partner said I have been nothing but nice and patient through all this and just how sorry he was.

UNBELIEVABLE PRICING AND CRAFTMANSHIP. ALWAYS ON TIME AND HAS HONORED AND REPAIRED DAMAGED SHUTTERS. VERY HONEST AND WOULD NOT WINDOW SCREEN THOSE THAT DID NOT NEED IT. FOR QUALITY AND SERVICE YOU CAN' BEAT TOM.
