SUMMER WINDS LANDSCAPE

The gentleman that i spoke with was very knowledegable and showed me many options but helped me narrow my choice down to meet my needs. The nursery only had one tree and I did not like the quality of that particular tree.

They sell garden things and statuary items/fountains as well. I saw a water fountain called "St. Francis at the well", which I fell in love with. I ordered it. Every Wednesday, they offer a discount for seniors. I made arrangements to have this fountain delivered & installed. Their employee came in promptly to install this. The pump didn't  make the water flow, so he said he’d be back later that day or the next morning with a new pump. 7am the next day, he arrived with the new pump. This new pump still didn’t work correctly, so he told me he’d get another one. I anticipated there was going to be a problem with the pump, but I wanted the fountain anyway. I called and spoke with Shari, the client relations manager, to let her know that I was pleased with the fountain and wanted to keep it even if the pump didn’t work, but she was determined to satisfy me and make sure everything worked properly. The employee was also wonderful to deal with and tried his best. They did everything they could to make me happy. The pump works and the fountain is beautiful.

THE DESIGNER THEY SENT OUT SPENT 2 -3 HOURS WITH US, TAKING MEASUREMENTS AND NOTES. WE FELT GOOD WHEN SHE LEFT, BUT WHEN SHE RETURNED OUR PLANS WE FELT THAT SHE HADN'T HEARD A WORD WE HAD SAID! SHE DIDN'T EVEN INCLUDE PLANTS WE HAD TOLD HER WE WANTED. SHE BLAMED IT ON THE GUY WHO DRAWS UP HER PLANS! THAT'S WHAT WE THOUGHT WE WERE PAYING HER FOR!! WE ENDED UP USING SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE OF THIS DESIGNER.
