Same issue as some of the other reviews the plumber showed up sent by my home warranty company. He was very rude and diagnosed the issue without even seeing it as the issue was in the wall. He told my home warranty company it was a twisted pipe in the wall that he could not possibly see. Just wanted the $75 buck for showing up I guess. Horrible customer service. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They took a guess at what the problem was and after I texted them to tell them it was still happening, no response. I called them a week later and told them I had to hire another Plummer Because I could potentially have a flood in my home if this problem is not fixed. They didn’t seem to care much and said “ do you know how many texts I get every day?” Uh, OK, that would be your job to answer your customers. They also screwed up my water pressure and my trees and bushes continue to decline,

Day 1 Andrew showed up with an attitude to my wife and was very dismissive to her. He did not even turn the water to make sure where the leak was coming from. He came back the second day and I had to show him where the actual leak was coming from because her was going to fix the wrong thing. I was baffled he neglected to actually turn the water in and find it exactly. This company tried making the job bigger than it really was. Everything was a home owners insurance claim. Said I needed to hire all this outside work just for them to get to the pipe and fix it. Called Anthony’s plumbing the next day and they fixed the leak right away no issues. The ethics of Steller is very questionable.

Greg was the main technician with Titan as his helper. They worked quickly and with intense concentration while being considerate. What more could you ask for. And there price was reasonable, even $100 less than my other quote.

Horrible communication from this company. Our water heater went out and I was told they would be back to temporarily install it for the weekend while the dry wall was repaired. Upon their arrival for the temporary install, we were told it would be $400. We weren't going to pay $400 to have hot water over the weekend as they told us they would be back Monday from 10-noon. First, was never told it would cost $400 for the temporary installation, they had assumed I was using home owners insurance which my damage was less than my deductible. They then contacted the restoration provider and knew the time line. We were told more than once they would be installing on Monday during the 10-noon time. Of course, nobody shows up and it was apparently our job to call them to confirm the walls were dry and ready. They knew this as they were the ones that were in contact with the restoration provider. Nothing was said about who or what we needed to do. We are then told there is not a crew available until the following day. Horrible company. There are other one star reviews on YELP, I would believe them as this is the type of service that I received. We were without hot water for what will be 6 days now, with small children. Avoid them. I also missed work because of the said appointment to install the water heater, where they never arrived and made it as it was your fault.

Awesome...they were here within the time window, and fixed our faucet quickly. They even checked our kitchen faucet and adjusted it.

Stellar Home Services came out to repair a ceiling fan that was not responding to the remote. The service was arranged through our Home Warranty Company, One Guard. We paid a service fee as well as another large fee for the repair. We were told that the fan was great but the receptors in that brand of fan go bad and they replaced it with a "much better" receptor. Also, when they performed the repair they forgot to shut off something and blew the expensive light bulbs we had in the fan and did not offer to replace them or cover the cost. Two months later the same thing happened, Stellar said that it was not covered by them and the Home Warranty does not cover anything longer than 30 days. We had to pay an additional service fee but I will say it has been working for about a month. They do not do good work and they do not stand behind the work they do. Stay away from this company and make sure that your home warranty company does not send them out to your home.

I contacted Paul Wednesday evening by text after seeing sterling reviews on Angie's List and another popular local review site as well as verifying a zero complaint history with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. He responded that evening with an out-the-door price that was more than 25% less than the other Angie's List contractor I was given a quote from. I was worried it was too good to be true, but decided to trust the feedback left from other customers. He DELIVERED! So refreshing to have a contractor deliver in every category. Price - check - lowest I found; Quality - Check, - no complaints; Responsiveness - Check, owner responded within an hour even though it was late evening, then had the crew show up early the next afternoon and complete the job; Punctuality - Check, - Was given a 12-4pm arrival window and they showed up at 1 PM; Professionalism - Check, owner and crew were articulate, tidy, efficient and knowledgeable. Overall - I was skeptical because of the great price, but was very satisfied and will refer to my real estate investor clients and general contractors!

Paul Eastman is the principal proprietor. He got a crew and they do a good job. The shower handle was $150 for the part which I already had on hand. So, I only paid him to install it and he charged me like $75 or $85. It did not take him very long to do the work. I am pretty particular about the guys I hire to do stuff. Everything is straight-on for him. I would highly recommend him to anybody. He does not only do plumbing and electrical. He does all handyman kind of stuff. He is very talented.

Discovered water heater was leaking at 6:30am. Called my contractor (Preferred Handyman Services) and he referred me to Paul at Stellar Home Services. Called Paul, left a message, he got back to me within 10 minutes. They were at my home within a couple of hours, replaced the water heater in about 30 minutes, good to go. Impressed by the quick response and the speed at which they were able to replace the water heater. Also, great price. My old water heater was installed 9 years ago to the month for $674. Here we are 9 years later and the price is cheaper. Nice. Highly recommended.

Paul came out next day and completed the job for less than the estimate!

I called my home warranty company on Sunday morning to report that my water heater was leaking. I received a call from Paul at Stellar that afternoon. Needless to say I was surprised I was getting a call on a Sunday afternoon. I even told him that. So, the first contact definitely exceeded my expectations. They came out first thing Monday morning before 8am. Paul brought two other guys with him. They had a great system down and demonstrated really great teamwork when diagnosing my issue. Come to find out, the leak was not the water heater at all, but a bad valve caused water to leak through my overflow pipe, which the overflow pipe is where the major issues were. The copper pipe had lots of little holes in it and the pipe was really corroded. The guys at Stellar found the issue right away. Water was leaking all down the inside of the wall and out onto the garage floor. What a mess. We had to take care of the damage that the leaking pipe caused before they could repair the 2 things on the water heater. So, Monday night we took care of fixing all of the water damage to the drywall. I let Stellar know Tuesday morning at about 7am that the wall was all fixed, and they said they would be back to my home within 90 minutes to get the water heater all put back in and the new valve and thermostat replaced. They showed up sooner than 90 minutes and took care of everything. Thanks to the guys at Stellar Home Services for EXCEEDING my expectations. I was the recipient of excellent service!!!

Paul with Stellar Home Services was very nice, polite and professional. Determined I needed a new disposal and I was able to pay a little extra for an upgraded disposal because I was a customer of OneGuard Home Warranty and it didn't cost me more the $75.00 for the service call and upgrade, to have a brand new garbage disposal installed that was better then the one that was in the home. Paul did a great job! He was able to change it out quickly and cleaned up after himself. This disposal is working like a charm, no issues. Thank you Stellar!!!

My home warranty company, OneGuard, sent out Stellar to fix my water heater. I only had to pay the service fee. Stellar called me within 15 minutes of my call to OneGuard. They were at my home within 30 minutes (it was after 5PM when I called). They had the job done within an hour. They had two workers to get it done quickly. They cleaned up everything and did not leave a mess. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They also shared helpful tips in information. Very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them.

It was awesome! I called super late on a Friday night when I realized the water heater was leaking. He asked if the leak was causing damage and I told him it was not because it was in the garage. They were out first thing Saturday morning and replaced the water heater in about 45 minutes. They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend them.

I phoned Stellar Home Services early this morning along with four other service companies that were highly-rated on Angie's List. Stellar was also recommended to me by a home warranty company that I had called to ask for a recommendation. The person at the home warranty company assured me that I'd be pleased enough with this recommendation she was confident I'd be back to buy my warranty from her - and she's right! I needed a 75 gallon propane hot water heater. Paul was the first person to get back to me with a quote (3 of the 5 companies NEVER got back to me with quotes - at least not today). The second company called back about an hour after Paul and said he couldn't find what I needed anywhere in town. When I told him the brand Stellar had found and the price that he had quoted me, the contractor said I'd be nuts if I didn't hire him.Paul was determined to get my water heater in today in spite of the fact that he had a full schedule. He didn't show up until 9pm, but he checked in with me several times thruout the day to confirm that he was still coming. He was very professional, had two workers with him, and about 45 minutes later he was finished. I highly recommend this company and will ABSOLUTELY call Stellar Home Services in the future!

My hot water heater broke and I called my home warranty company to get it repaired. Within an hour I got a call from Stellar Home Services to set up a time to do the repair. Paul Eastman said he could be there by 4pm that day (spoke to him at 1pm) He asked if he could call 30 min prior to arriving (in case he could get there earlier) He called at 2pm and was there at 2:30. SAME DAY SERVICE.... NICE!

He pulled up with a clean, newer pickup truck bed full of new garbage disposals and I'm not sure what else. Behind that, he was pulling a trailer stocked with about 8 water heaters! Nothing like a contractor who comes prepared to do the job right then!

He was very polite, professional, answered all our questions, and he was QUICK. He removed and replaced our heater, along with the lines and valves in about half an hour. They left everything clean. Water heater worked perfectly.

ABSOLUTELY would recommend to anyone.

It is a Bradford White which is top of the line. He was very prompt and called to let me know where I was in his schedule. He was very professional. Price reflects my cost since I have a home warranty.
