I rated them down on customer service, because of the lack of communication. No one ever called to set up an appointment, so I would know when to expect them. Fortunately, I was home each time they showed up. I love my lights. All of the men I worked with were very professional.....they did forget to close gates before leaving though.

All of my answers are anticipated due to the extreme effectiveness of our reaching an agreement on my contract. They were very nice and knowledgeable of there produce as it applied to my needs. I anticipate my answers to be correct, sent the survey again in January when the Xmas lights have been installed and removed.

This company is the best for the money. They did a quick and fantastic job. They went above and beyond coming way late at night to avoid a bee hive that I have on my roof. Basically they risked their lives which is great customer service.
