SPARKLETTS

They had a booth at Costco and I decided to join since we would get a discount being Costco members. Our scheduled delivery was on a Monday 4/22/2013 and they never called or showed up. Here is 4/23 and I find myself calling THEM on MY lunch to follow up which they then told me that they were unable to make it. I told them a phone call or e-mail would have been nice. They stated that a driver would contact me after we hung up, an hour went by STILL no phone call. Called customer service again they tried to call the driver who didn't pick up and again sent him a message. Third and final call an hour later was me cancelling the service. If this is how they initally treat their clients imagine when you are waiting for your water....unbelivable.

The deliveries were sparadically provided on the correct day.  When our deliveries were NOT completed,  we would be billed for them anyway.  Getting Sparkletts to provide a credit for non deliveries took several phone calls and billing cycles to achieve.  Often our phone calls went unreturned, the whole process was quite frustrating. Finally, it became too time consuming and annoying, we discontinued service.
