From the initial telephone inquiry to the first consult appointment and the explanation of what was involved in the removing of the diseased lung everything was explained to me in a very professional manner. Once the decision was made to remove the diseased part of Sundance's lung and the actual surgery and recovery everyone involved in Sundance's care performed their duties in a highly professional manner. You could not have asked for any better service.
Although the path report came back with devastating news even being told Sundance had cancer was handled in a very compassionate and professional way.
All the personnel do treat each animal and owner with a great deal of dignity and understand that the animal is an important part of each family's life.
I would have no hestitation of recommending Dr. Bone or Southwest Surgical Service to anyone.

DR. LANGE AND HIS STAFF ARE GREAT PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF, NURSES AND DOCTORS ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND COMPASSIONATE BOTH ON THE PHONE AND IN THE OFFICE. DR. LANGE PERFORMED SURGERY ON BOTH OF OUR DOG'S KNEES (TORN ACL). HE PERFORMED A CUTTING-EDGE SURGERY THAT VERY FEW VETERINARIANS ARE TRAINED IN. BOTH SURGERIES WERE EXTREMELY SUCCESSFUL AND OUR 8 YEAR-OLD DOG RUNS AND WALKS WITH EASE. DR. LANGE, DR. BONE (YES, DR. BONE), AND HIS ENTIRE STAFF SEEM TO TRULY LOVE THE WORK THAT THEY DO.
