Southwest Commercial Builders Inc

We engaged Southwest Commercial Builders in April 2016 to build and replace an existing front door on our residence with a new metal and glass door, including tinting of glass in door, at a cost of approximately $9.5k. The project was initially estimated to take 6 weeks to complete, but instead it took over 40 weeks before it was finished. SW Commercial Builders engaged a reputable window tinting company to tint the glass in the new door; their work was successfully completed on 1/18/2017. SW Commercial Builders was paid their final invoice, in full, on 1/20/2017, but despite promising to pay their window tinting subcontractor, as of 7/17/2017 they have yet to pay. Their subcontractor has contacted us regarding the remaining balance owed. In summary, though Southwest Commercial Builders has finally provided us with a beautiful door, it took them forever to complete a straightforward project, and even yet have failed to pay all their subcontractors for their work.
