Uneven, lopsided tree trimming of 4 large Indian Laurels. Waste of $'s and time. Mark South told us what date/time he'd be back to correct the problems. Time/date came and went. Didn't respond to numerous phone calls that day so we waited the entire day. We wrote him a letter. No response. We filed complaint with Better Business Bureau- no response. We're sr. citizens and his assistant left approximately 1/4 of clean-up job for us to do as we didn't check the other side of the wall and assumed they had done what they said they would do.
