Sleep Over Rover

I had used them twice before. Unfortunately, the lady I was really happy with has since moved. I recently called them to set up an appointment but I ended up not using them as the circumstances had changed.

When I had used them previously, they gave you a list of names of their providers because you take your dog to their home, which I liked because I did not want anyone in my home. The lady I chose only kept one dog at a time which worked perfect for my dog. My dog was so pleased with being there, she didn’t want to come home when we went to pick her up.

Our executive assistant takes care of our Cordi most of the time but I used them several times in the past and they never fail to do what they say they are going to do. They are just wonderful people. I take the dog to their houses. I have recommended them to others. They are reliable. What they say, they actually do, which is nice. They are just lovely people and they are very structured. They have their policies and systems in place, which is delightful. I have never gone wrong with someone like that. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

We didn't really like the set up because they wanted all the money up front a month before the work would be completed. However, the couple is really nice and we have used them since for other boarding as well.

We absolutely love this company. It was hard to find a kennel that worked best for our dog because she is old and likes a quiet environment. This company was exactly what we were looking for. They are kind, quiet, and cater to each animals specific needs. It is clean and safe and all employees are screened as well.
