Mattresses
I stated My desire to replace my existing Sealy Posturepedic bed. They showed me the best and informed me I could not flip the bed over as now, they all have been made to just turn but not upside down. I had no idea it was a foam bed. It began to keep an indentation but I was soon diagnosed with cancer so had to put aside the problem. I emailed Sleep America and received a call from a very nice man who sent an investigator to our house. This man instructed me to remove all bedding, he stretched, pulled, smoothed then measured. The report stated indentation was 1 1/4'' on right and 1'' on left and needed to be 1 1/2 to be covered under the warranty. I was shocked. I sent for a complaint kit from Sealy, followed their instructions, remeasured, took photos and sent to Sealy Corp. Consumer Support, received proof of delivery & received rejection dated the day after receipt. They insist I go back to Sleep America and ask for re-evaluation. I've not been well to do so again. Please help.

Mattresses
We returned to this store after having had a great experience there purchasing our queen set (Kingsdown) a few months ago. On our first visit, a terrific young lady named Ashley helped us. The gentleman helping us this time was also very friendly and even dragged a bunch of mattresses around so that we could try them out on their demo trundle bed (to see which ones would be too thick to fit under the daybed). The only thing that I didn't care for was his attempt at the last minute to sell me sheets. I mean, come on, I already picked out six items. That's enough. Still, I really like this local company and its founder's philosophy of giving back to the community. Much rather give her my business than some soul-less corporation.

The service was very good, we had trouble deciding on what mattress to get and had to accommodate specific back problems as well. The salesperson was very patient and informative about our questions. We are still happy with our mattress.
