Alex's team did an excellent job. They pressure washed the house. They meticulously taped and covered all my windows and doors. They patched some cracks in my stucco. They applied the paint evenly. They also touched up any areas that were found. They also painted about a dozen houses in my neighborhood and all are happy with the results.

Took one day and done well.

Pressure washed house before masking Windows/screens. Left all windows and screens filthy. Terrible masking job on Windows/screens. Left paint on window frames and screen frames. Broke a roof tile. Broke 2 landscape lights. Lost key to watering system controller requiring controller to be replaced. Broke a garage door window insert. Stepped on landscape plant. Splattered paint on walkways. No old paint scraping unless I mentioned it to painter. Alex argued with me and got heated when I tried to point out problems. He did later apologize. Horrible experience overall. Very stressful. I spent a day and a half cleaning paint off window frames and screens and cleaning windows. Spent half a day finding and replacing watering controller. Had to cut and replace roof tile myself. Still need to replace landscape lights and possibly one plant that was stepped on. Still need to find, paint, and replace garage door window insert. Only good thing is that there is new paint on house.

Good, on time, all work done in 2. Days, including repair of some dry rot in eves and stucco repair all covered in price.

They did a superb job. It took them a couple days to get finished, but I loved their work. They were very professional and got right to it. I found them when they painted my neighbors home and I will most definitely use them in the future.

Alex and his son's prep the house and he has a crew do the painting. One of his son's inspected the work prior to telling me they were done. The work was done when they promised and the finished product was terrific. The house now looks awesome. The price was for a 1700 sq.ft. Home and warranty for one year.
