Signature Iron Doors

Construction and design of iron door were fine.  however their installation failed to include repair to the surrounding stucco that I had to have done myself.  Also, they never installed the roller catch to keep the gate closed.  Despite multiple attempts to contact there were unresponsive.  They promised many times to fix the problem and often cancelled at the last moment.  I have called them a minimum of 6 times and everytime they have an excuse as to why they couldnt come out and fix the problem.  Be very wary of this business as they have very poor customer service and professionalism.  A fancy web site and pretty pictures dont make a good business.  Customer service and honesty are in very short supply with Signature Iron Doors

The representative from Signature Iron Doors came and was knowledgeable and very informative. He answered all of my questions concerning doors available and details of installation. The installers were also very professional and did a clean job in a timely manner. The doors are beautiful and really transformed our home. They were able to get the doors installed in time for our home to be repainted by another company so we were very pleased at their efforts to accommodate us.

We were satisfied with the service. It went fairly well. They were responsive to questions and they were easy to communicate with. They are not a local company. I believe they are located in Arizona. They arranged with a local company to do the door installation. They were pretty good and they did a nice job. They were very personable and easy to work with.

Overall they did such a great job and the doors were so beautiful that I want them to make me a front door too. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again. It is a custom job so the cost is higher than a regular door. But, if you are planning on upgrading your garage door then the cost is not that much more for such a beautiufl product.
