Scott Wysocki, Owner of Sierra Hardwood Floors convinced us to prepay for wood floor (hard to get). At the time to install we found out Scott had never ordered the wood floor and did not have the money to order. Six months later we have not been paid back. This owner is a thief.

We have used Sierra Hardwoods several times in the past, but the most recent experience was terrible. Scott broke several promises about when he would do the job and each time strung us out and was sometimes insulting. When the work was finally done, several weeks late, it was done fairly well, but a promised follow-up never happened.

Scott responded to the initial review and returned to do the repair correctly.  The repair was done by Carlos this time and he did a really great job.  Carlos and his helper sanded, matched the stain color, put in two boards, shored up the patched area and did a wonderful clean-up.

This guy was awesome!!!  After another provider let me down I called Scott.  He came by right away and was able to start working on my floor right within 2 days.  I have a beautifully repaired floor and had a very successful party thanks to Scott and Sierra Hardwoods.  This guy knows his stuff!

Scott provided us with an estimate and required a deposit for the materials. Then, when the wood arrived, they began the work. The stairs under the carpet were in pretty bad shape, so the crew spent a lot of time preparing and then finishing the steps to adjust for the poor quality of the original work. They spent time making sure that all of the miter lines were correct and professional. They arrived each day on time and worked unsupervised each day for three days. At the end of each day, they clean-up and the house looked normal. I will use Scott and his company for ANY flooring project and highly recommend them.

The job was very well done. I spent $2700 on the job. I would recommend them to others. They were very professional and responsive. They did exactly what they said that they would do. I will use them again in the future.

They were very professional and took pride in their work. They were courteous, punctual and followed up with what they said. The job took two and one half weeks, which they stated up front. Some other company told us three days. They offered more types of product than most others and their price was reasonable.

Scott and his crew did a superb job on our floor installation. The stairs were tricky because they were basically installing wood on a staircase that had just been created by framing in an existing floating-tread staircase but they handled everything with aplomb. They worked weekends to make sure the job stayed on schedule as it was part of a larger, tightly scheduled renovation. They were very patient and worked with me to come up with just the right stain color. The floors look great and I have since recommended Sierra to other friends who have used them and been very happy with the outcome.

Scott, the owner, came out to measure on a weekend and we then selected our wood. After some problems from my end and his in terms of scheduling, a crew finally came out to install our wood about seven weeks after selection. Went perfectly. Clean-up was done well and all the little problems were addressed while the crew was there. Scott supervised the job on-site on an every other day basis. Lisa, who handles the administrative end, was a delight to work with. The job came in exactly on estimate; there were no surprises with the pricing or how the pricing was determined. The materials pricing was reasonable and not massively inflated, as was the case with several of the other floorers that we looked at for the same brand of flooring.

The floors are beautiful. It was great working with Sierra Hardwood. They are true professionals.

Very professional company that takes pride in their work. The owner worked along side crew to make sure job was done to perfection. The final result was an excellent looking wood floor. I highly recommend them.

They did an installation of wood I'd provided in most of our home. They did an exceptional job. The crews were always here when they said they'd be. They worked non-stop, and worked around our scheduled. The prep work, and explanations they gave were better than anything we've ever experienced before.
