They're great, took care of my dog.

They do a fantastic job of grooming our dogs. We've been using them for years. They're smaller dogs. They're shih tzus. Lucy' weighs12 and Leo weighs about 16 pounds. We drop them off in the morning, usually by 9 or 10 o'clock. They're done between noon and 1 o'clock. The dogs are not stuck in cages or anything. They're allowed to be out.

They do a fantastic job of grooming our dogs. We have 2 dogs. I'd give them an "A" overall. We would absolutely use them again, we've been using them for years.

Casper always looks handsome when he gets groomed here. I drive all the way from Fountain Hills to take him to Sherry's. He's been going to this groomer for over 10 years and they always do a great job. Love the staff and the groomers.

The care that my dog got was excellent.  I like the option of his having a small room of his own during the stay, as well as his playing with the other dogs of his size.  We bring his food and the staff feed him the food that he normally has.  He was returned to us looking as healthy as ever.  My cat was supposed to board there, but we could not find the cat after she realized that she was going out .  Sherry's Pampered pets were very nice about canceling the cat  reservation at the last minute.  They encourage bringing the dogs' bed and toys and have returned everything in good shape.

We had originally purchased boarding care for our two dogs through another provider and almost got tangled in the whole Green Acres tragedy! At the last minute we were fortunate enough to have Sherry's Pampered Pet's come to our rescue! We were going on a 17 day trip to Europe and, after finding out that the place that was supposed to care for them had just had over 20 dogs die, we were scared and hard pressed to find someone to care for the puppies on such short notice (we were leaving in 2 days!).  Everyone we called was booked over 4th of July weekend, we were having no luck finding someone to take the puppies for all 17 days.  Enter Sherry's.  My girlfriend had the brilliant idea to look on Angie's List for a boarding facility and Sherry's was very highly rated and also super close to my home.  When I first called them I was absolutely panic stricken because I was having no luck finding anything.  The lady on the phone was so kind and calming, reassuring me that not only did they have space for our two dogs, but they would take very good care of them, would groom them and that everything would be fine.
 
    The facility is cute.  It's in a strip mall which I found a bit  unconventional but in front they have the grooming area which is super cute, in the back (where they board dogs), they have nice run's for the dogs with play houses and astro-turf on the ground.  They have a little out door area for potty breaks and a larger play area for groups of dogs to play together.  They encouraged us to bring our dog's beds, toys, food and anything else that would make them feel comfortable and secure and were very good about keeping our two girls together in their own run,   The girls are very attached to each other and are slightly older so I think it was good that they had some play time with the other dogs, but then had their own "room" to return to. 
      We left knowing we would miss our babies dearly, but we had a sense of security that they would be well cared for.  It's obvious that the people at Sherry's love animals and they welcomed our babies with welcome arms and lots of tummy rubs!  The best part was that Sherry's posted pictures frequently on their factbook page so we could see what our babies were up to and how they were doing.  We so looked forward to those photos and absolutely cherished each and every one! 
      Upon our return, the girls were beautifully groomed - our little one even had pink puppy toe nail polish, our larger girl had a pretty pink bandana. 
       The cost was approximately $25 per dog per night plus grooming which added up but after doing a lot of research, is a totally reasonable cost.  Also I would recommend you look on their Facebook page and Angie's list, sometimes there are discounts and coupons which might help!

It went very well. I am very happy with service.

When we picked up the pets they were healthy and active.  I believe that they were well cared for.  I had my dog washed while he was there and he smelled much better.

First time for him to be with other dogs and I found the cost to be reasonable as it was included in the boarding.

Their price was very competitive and the facilities, while older, where much roomier than some of the others I'd seen. The folks there were courteous enough and our dogs were able to stay together in their own room, then play with the other dogs during playtime. Also, they didn't die, which was really my biggest concern. Not necessarily a concern against Sherry's. I just try to set my expectations accordingly, and they were exceeded in this instance. I have used them about one dozen times and have been very satisfied.

I've had my dogs for 12 years and have never had to leave them in a kennel. I was having carpet cleaners and other services being done at my home and my usual dog sitter bailed on me. I called my vet for recommendations and they said to go to Sherry's Pampered Pets. I had spent an hour reading various online reviews of doggy daycares near my home and every one, including this one, had some disturbing reviews. But, I trust my vet and called Sherry's. It helped that I had also used them for grooming many years ago.
They were able to get us in with less than 24 hours notice and were also able to accommodate me on baths for each and the price was great. The reason I gave them a C for quality is because my only complaint would be that the odor of urine is very strong and hits you as soon as you walk in the door. The visible grooming area looks ok which makes me think it was coming from the back where the boarding and daycare is held. Those accommodations, including the outdoor dog run, is not visible and I probably should have asked for a tour. But, my girls were clean and happy when I picked them up so, if the need arises again, I'll take them there. In fact, I probably will go back for the next grooming.

I have been boarding my golden retriever at Sherry's for 7 years. They are reliable, friendly & competent! I love that they are open 7 days a week for pick ups.

They did an amazing job for the best price around. $50 per cat. I asked for a mohawk lion cut mix and they happily obliged and my cats came home happy and SO cute.

I was looking for a good groomer that didn't charge me a lot of money. 
Sherry's was the place.  The environment was clean and open and the end
product for my very skittish dog was great.  The only minor
disappointment was the front desk representative who wasn't as pleasant
as I would have expected.  Again though, overall, it was minor and maybe
she was just having a tough day.  I will definitely use Sherry's again

Things have changed at Sherry's Pampered Pets.  Although I felt the groomer did an okay job, I definitely did feel my business was no longer wanted or was my input valued.  I felt a cold, uncaring, unprofessional response not only to my desiring the services, but to the input I desired to give.  I did feel the grooming outcome itself was good and the price very fair.

This was our first time boarding a dog.  As with a lot of people our dog Kaipo is more like a child. We were concerned leaving him for a week because he is a rescue dog and didn't want him to think we were abandoning him as had happened twice before by previous people. He has limited exposure to other dogs since he has been with us.
The fine care providers at Sherry's put our minds at ease. Kaipo was in their care for a week. Yes, we called in daily to check on him. Each time we called we were given assurance that he was doing well with the other dogs. Sherry's does not use kennels, but allows the dogs to mingle and play with a careful eye to see that they are getting along.
I would definitely recommend Sherry and her team. Kaipo was happy to see us, but it was easy to see that he bonded with the people that he spent time with.

From the time I entered the door of the bright clean doggie day care/groomer I was impressed.  First of all, it didn't smell like "dogs" at all - it had a very clean smell.  The check in counter is in the back -and the owner greeted me as soon as I walked in - there were actually two people ahead of me.  She attended to them quickly - then it was our turn.  Shiloh - my  Shih-Tsu Mix was excited to be with all the other dogs.  He was quickly taken in by another groomer and the owner asked me to fill out some first time paperwork - I was in and out in just a few minutes.  I felt the dog would be well taken care of at this facility.  It just felt really good to me - When I went to pick him up he was in an enclosure in the main room with several other dogs - I liked this because the enclosures were built out of plywood - I think - like a maze and the tops were open to the air - the room was full of light - it was great!

We've been using Sherry's for a couple months for Doggie Day care on a daily basis while my husband and I are at work, have also used them for nail trims & just recently used them for the first time for boarding.  For Doggie Day Care, they are fantastic. Our Vizsla (who is a very active breed), is always very excited to get there in the morning, is worn out by the time I get her home & they seem to take good care of her. Our Shelby seems to love everyone there. The nail trim was done fantastically; much better than we ever had done at Petsmart!  For doggie day care, it appeared as though she did well; they said she was a good girl & we didn't worry about her. We didn't get any "trouble" calls, which was comforting. My only worry was that she visibly lost weight while she was there, but since she is such an active dog, my guess is she was just too busy too eat & burning lots of calories while playing. She did have some dog poop on her bed, so it appears as though perhaps she wasn't taken out just before bedtime. The latter is my only complaint. Other than that, we've had a wonderful experience there, the staff is always very nice.
