SERVPRO of Paradise Valley

Incident happened at 7:30 pm on a Thursday night. Initial ServePro crew of 2 men were at the house within 1.5 hours after placing the service call, so very pleased with the response. Initial crew assessed situation and very quickly went into attic space, removed, and bagged all wet insulation. Crew then measured for moisture in walls, even in the not-so-obvious places, and strategically set up fans and a dehumidifier to begin the drying process. Crew returned the following day at the time of scheduled appointment to re-assess progress, move fans, and make adjustments. On the third day, Nathan (crew chief) checked further progress, made additional recommendations, explained the "whys and hows" to his method of making sure all wall space you can't see will be dried using his suggestions, and quickly made the adjustments (he was so thorough, I believe he could have been a detective in a past life, a great trait to have in this business). Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the process. All through the entire process, Joshua (owner) was very accessible and did a wonderful job of scheduling his crew, and working around our schedule. While I hope to never have to use this team again, it's great to know who I can call on when I have an emergency such as this again. Thank you guys!
