"I was disappointed when I read this review. I left a job to meet the customer at his house to make sure he was happy with everything. When he got there, he said everything looked great. He did not point out any missed spots. In fact, I stayed there for an hour doing some touch ups and making sure the job was done correctly. If I came off as being rude, I apologize. Maybe I was in a bad mood. We all have those type of moments. The customer was standing right there when the expensive item he's referring to was damaged. His reaction was very casual, so I didn't think that it was an issue. I would have been willing to talk about some compensation for the item, but it was never brought up again. As for going back on what I quoted he must be referring to his banisters. I was told initially that there was only one and there turned out to be five. I told the customer that we didn't have time for the banisters now and that they would have to be done another time. I guess he's forgetting that I went to three different Home Depots trying to find material for the banisters. Not many contractors would do that. I'm always willing to go back to a job and fix things that a customer isn't happy with. I wasn't given the opportunity to do that for this one."
