Would NEVERTHELESS go back. My car was hit and Eric spoke to the people who hit my car and never once called to let me know how things were going. The person that hit my car and Eric decided that they didn't need to complete all the work. This place is more concerned with their business "friendship" than fixing your car with quality. I was also told my car would be finished on Thursday, but when I called he again lied and said he was on schedule for Friday.

It went well and easily. I received a quote, which is what the job ultimately cost. The place is clean, accommodating, and the work was completed very quickly, in on Monday, back on Thursday evening. I had a dent in my hatch and the one taillight had to be replaced. They even touched up a couple of tiny dings on my rear bumper as part of their work. And the car was detailed and fully waxed when I got it back.
What was particularly handy was their arrangement with Enterprise Car rental. They called Enterprise, which picked me up there and took me to their nearby lot to get a rental car. When my car was ready I was able to leave the rental car there, and they saw to its return to Enterprise. There is also a cost arrangement between the two companies. You get a discount on your rental, and the rental is by the day, no need to worry about what time of day the car is expected back.
The car is now perfect, as though nothing ever happened, and but for having to pay for it, the process was pretty painless.

All went perfectly! We got an estimate (which was exactly what we paid) , scheduled the repair for the following week, dropped the car off, and were told it would be ready the following Monday. Got a call on Friday it was on schedule and we could pick it up at noon Monday. It was ready when we got there and looked beautiful! You could not tell anything had been wrong. Absolutely perfect work! And, the car was washed and detailed so it looked fantastic! We would definitely recommend them.

Greeted by a nicely appointed reception area and receptionist upon arrival. Matt wrote up my estimate professional, patient and courteous. When I dropped off my vehicle for repair, they called car rental service for me, they picked me up and they contacted me 5 days later to tell me my car was ready. When I picked up my vehicle was very impressed by the quality of the repair work. It looked practically brand new. You would have never knew I had an accident. I did call twice to check on progress and was greeted promptly, transferred to Matt and provided with an update. I noticed a little scratch on my tail lamp after I washed my car when I brought it home. Took it back to the shop and Matt and it fixed within 5 minutes. Wow!

SEE JASON for super customer service---he handled ALL the details of the repair. This included the estimate, scheduling the repairs and arranging the rent a car. He was VERY attentive to all of our concerns. He went the extra mile to insure our COMPLETE satisfaction. Scott's Coach gets high reviews and he lived up to their reputation.
I would NEVER consider any other repair service for any of my cars.

We absolutely love Scotts Coach Works for auto body work, especially for my Lexus. I have a 2004 RX320, and I am trying to keep it running well and looking good. When we have needed body work, whether it be from an accident or just incidental dings in the doors, they have been the shop we have chosen because of their quality work.
