So far so good.

The system is nearly 20 years old and was expecting the serviceman to say I would need a new unit. Surprisingly, he said the unit was just fine and would not recommend replacing until the system broke down.

Everything went great. They came when they said they would. Did quality work. When they ran into an issue with the size of space for the return another employee came by with a different part so they didn't have to come another day.

It's routine.  They never forget me.  I don't have to worry that I didn't call them, because they'll call and remind me and we'll set up an appointment.  It's just very easy.  I know what it's going to cost, I know what they're doing to say to me.  I'm real comfortable with them.  I like routine.

Savage Air was excellent. I have waited awhile to write the review as I wanted to see how it handled a winter and summer.  They installed a new heat pump and air handler. They needed to cut a new hole into a ceiling and they built a new platform for the air handler to sit on. They were effective and efficient in the installation process. We purchased a new programmable Honeywell thermostat and couldn't be happier with that, too. The new system has made a huge difference on my electric bill and maintains a very warm/cool home in the process. It has made a huge difference in the comfort level, especially on those 115 degree days we have been recently experiencing. I really would recommend the variable speed air handler. It is about $600-$700 more expensive, but it does a slow ramp up and down when the air comes on and off. It seems like it eliminates that blast of hot air that my standard old system pushed out for the first minute or so. 
The company has a commitment to a fair price and quality service. I have used them for many years and will continue to do so in the future! I highly recommend them!

Punctual, professional and efficient.  Cleaned the A/C which was very dirty checked the entire unit, motor, fan, heat and defrost, thermostat.  We bought the service contract for the next year,  The A/C will be checked in the spring and fall.  There was no pressure.  We had compared other A/C companies and Savage beat the cost by tons.  We will continue to use this Co.  They are honest not out to rip you off like others.

Andy was very good.  He told me what he would do, how long it would take, where he would have to go and then after completing the work, he followed up with me to make sure all of my questions were answered. He was tidy, professional, clean and a great communicator.

The regular maintenance with Savage Air Conditioning has allowed my air conditioner to operate virtually repair free since Savage originally installed the AC in 1999.  When the thermostat was knocked off the wall when moving furniture, Savage was at my home in a timely manner, as always.  I will always use Savage for my heating and cooling needs because they have provided me with top of the line service each and every time.

We have always been happy with them. They do an excellent job. They have always been dependable and we have never had any complaints.

Savage was extremely courteous and responsive. The Savage technician, Dan, called ahead to inform of his ETA; which was right on schedule. Dan performed a thorough system operational check and examination. He found the system 2/3 low on coolant, which he then replenished. Next, he offered to perform a leak source check and indicated what the additional service charge would be. We gave him the green light. An irreparable coil was found to be the leak source. Then, Dan provided the coil replacement costs - both under manufacturer equipment warranty and without warranty coverage. He also advised that the work could be done now or at a future date before the start of the next AC season; we opted for the latter. Lastly, he supplied guidance as to how find out the actual installation and start-up dates for the system and how they might apply to the manufacturer's 5-year equipment warrant start date - contact the local electric utility and/or Chas Roberts, who installed the AC systems.

Bottom-line: it was a successful and pleasant service encounter.

Savage has been servicing our air conditioning needs for 8 years and we have never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Their techs showed up 5 minutes early (nice!) and when they didn't have everything they needed on their truck, they explained when they would be back. They came back at the promised time and did the work. I'm quite happy with their professional manner and the results of their repair.

They did what they said they would. They were there on time. Absolutely so surprises and the unit runs great. My electric bill has dropped by 30%. I would highly recommend Tom and his staff. I have recommended him to my relatives also and they have experienced the same great service.
