Each time we have needed Santee, Tibor came on time and finished the project at the estimated cost. We have been very happy with his services and he is our "go-to" plumbing guy.

After Parker and Sons tore out 1 of our toilets (leaving a gaping hole in our floor) and proceeded to balk at installing a Toto Aquia replacement, I contacted a Toto Dealer who recommended Santee Plumbing. I called and spoke to Tibor at Santee (the owner) who came over and professionally installed the first toilet (which was definitely not easy given our 1970's plumbing setup - no doubt why Parker and Sons balked - and Tibor finished the job in a little under two hours). We then scheduled a second visit to install the second Toto toilet - again not a typical install but Tibor again plowed through it. It's been 2 month now and both toilets are working beautifully - not leaks, no cracking in the surrounding tile. Thanks Tibor!

From start to finish we were very impressed with Santee plumbing. We were able to get a quote quickly and the job was scheduled and completed within 2 days of our estimate. They completely replaced our galvanized plumbing with copper. We have a 1000 sq ft historic home with a crawl space. Santee completely re-plumbed the house including the exterior hose bibs and piping for our ice maker. We were in a bind with a leak under the house--they were able to fit us in and complete the entire house in one day. We were extremely grateful for the speed, but also for their attention to detail and their quality work. They also replaced our poorly functioning toilet with a new dual flush. Ultimately we were very happy and will use Santee in the future if we have the need!!

Overall the are one of the contractors that I will call and let them work unsupervised without any concerns. They now how to run a plumbing project that is for sure.

Because it was such a big, difficult job, both owners did the work themselves. As I expected, the plumbing work was excellent and, of course, that was why I hired the company. Thus, the plumbing rated an A. However, I had not had this experience before and was disappointed that they did not advise me in advance that it would be such a dusty, messy job. Had I known, I would have asked them to cover all of my family room furniture with plastic and keep it there, even after the drywall was removed. Extensive drywall (in addition to numerous patches, four walls) was removed to run the pipes, so that became a large and expensive repair in and of itself.

We've hired Robert from Santee Plumbing a couple of times and he never disappoints. This time, I wanted to install a hot-water dispenser in the kitchen for my wife's birthday. After I found that I couldn't do it myself (and her birthday was just three days away), Robert completely readjusted his schedule to fit me in. He even went and bought the dispenser.

Everything went very well. There were no unforeseen complications with the re-pipe and they got it done in one day. And when Robert came back for the additional line, the work was excellent and timely also.

They are honest and trustworthy. I felt that they did not charge me for any unnecessary services.
