RUSS LEMONS ROOFING

Russ is a great guy - my Mom has been using him to repair her roof for several years, and so when the hail storm damaged her roof and mine, we both used him to re-roof our houses, patios, and sheds. He did a great job and I feel confident that my new roof should last a long time. Whoever roofed my house previously did a bad job and had not nailed the roof decking down very well, so a storm blew off part of my roof. When Russ repaired it, he made sure the decking was nailed down properly and replaced any other wood that was rotted. He waited until winter was over to install the roofing so the adhesive on the shingles would bond properly via the heat of the sun. He is honest and he oversees the work himself to make sure a quality job is done. Russ does things so they last. Many out-of-state roofers swarmed over our neighborhood after the hailstorm, but we feel good about using a local contractor who did not subcontract the work out to out-of-staters, because we feel that he will stand behind his work, while all of those contractors from other states are long gone and could never be found if one had a complaint. Also, we think Russ's pricing is reasonable - many roofers were charging much more, whatever they thought the insurance companies would pay. Russ's crews were on time, did not make much of a mess during the work, and cleaned up after themselves so that I did not find nails or debris after they were gone. Russ takes pride in doing a good job. We will be using Russ for any future repairs we need.
