I would recommend Royal Wood Flooring to all my family and friends. The quality of their work is phenomenal! My new floors look amazing. Their team is very professional, honest, and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Royal Wood Flooring for your hard work, I look forward to doing business with you again on my next project!

I am very disappointed with the outcome of the work I had done by Royal Wood Floors.
When I first met with Vinny, I told him how when I first bought my home, my cat would walk toward me on the wood floor, and it appeared as if she were walking on a mirror. Vinny, remarked, "oh great, we can make them look like that again".
I felt I had made it clear that my primary consideration was shine. I was excited.
Then I had the work done.
They did a nice enough job and the patch turned out well, but they used a satin finish. Needless to say, satin did NOT
leave my floor with the original high gloss finish that I requested Vinney to reproduce.
I really did not feel that I needed to keep harping on the point prior to having the work done. Apparently, I should have.
So, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, did he offer to make it right? No, he offered to make more revenue to correct what he should have had done right in the first place.
He wanted an additional $400.00 to get the floor to look shiney as he had promised originally.
Is the job ok? Yes. Am I happy with it? Absolutely not.
When discussing it on the phone, Vinny asked "do you think it will keep you from selling your home?". That is an obnoxious question - it suggests that selling the home is the point. It is not the point. The point is that we made a verbal agreement regarding what the appearance of the floor would be at the end of the job, and he did not keep that promise.
Vinny presents himself very professionally and his manner in dealing with our disagreement remained courteous at all times. Nonetheless, I am very disappointed and do not think I should need to pay extra for him to keep his promise and correct what was not right in the first place. As a result, I would not use his company again.

Vinny was very professional. He came to my house, measured my rooms, gave me expert advice and emailed a very reasonable quote that night. His team arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. They applied several colors for me to compare and review before making my final selection. The job was finished on time and my floors came out beautifully! They look brand new and gorgeous! I highly recommend Royal Wood Flooring and would definitely use them again.

They were very easy to deal with in getting a quote and getting the time setup for the installation. The install was complete within a day and the flooring install looks good. There were however a few issues I have with the install.
The leveling that was done on the subfloor wasn't completed to a level I'm completely satisfied with can notice some areas that deform a little when they are walked over. They did indicate that it might make more sense to have someone else handle the leveling of the subfloor but I was wanted someone to handle the entire install. In addition the install of the baseboards could have been a little better as there are some areas where there are gaps between the baseboard and the flooring that I feel could have been caulked.
That being said considering the cost of the install was half of what some others had quoted me I was pretty happy overall. If you're planning on having your floor glued down I don't think you'll have any issues at all. If you plan on having a floating floor installed I would suggest getting someone else to handle the subfloor leveling if you chose to use them for the flooring install.

I hired Vinny to do the work and he was a consummate professional. He is a motivated owner of a small business that has maintained a spotless reputation. Everyone I have recommended him to has used his company and has been glad they chose him.
Vinny will go out of his way to ensure that you get the best results possible on your job. That being said, he is much more critical on the quality of his work and goes out of his way to correct things right away. You simply cannot go wrong by hiring him.
He installed my floors back in 2010. Fast forward to 2014, the cable company came out to do some work in my home and ended up damaging the laminate floor in one of the rooms. I called Vinny up to do an estimate and while he was there he looked over the wear and tear from the past four years that my kids have put in on the floors he installed. He noticed an issue and told me that he would like to repair it at no additional cost. He just couldn't bear the thought of his craftsmanship being demonstrated in such a manner, even though my kids caused it. You will probably never find a harder working, more dependable, more honest and thoroughly professional indivdual like Vinny for any of your flooring needs.

Vinny is absolutely amazing. He accommodated my work schedule and met me for a consultation at 6:45 a.m! He quoted me a price for approximately 800 square feet of wood floors that was well below the competition. He even fixed parts of the floor that were damaged or missing. The floors look amazing and I can't say enough about this company. To top it off, Vinny is such a positive person and is a pleasure to talk to - he really knows customer service. He went the extra mile and squeezed me in his schedule because I was in a rush to move in to the house. I can't recommend them enough!

My husband and I are extremely impressed with Royal Wood Flooring. The owner Vinny came out and gave us a great bid for the demo and installation. He gave us the option to purchase materials and told us exactly what we would need to buy. We purchased the materials and work started 2 weeks later and we couldn't be happier with the results. Vinny came to my house everyday before work started to make sure everything was going ok and to make sure we did not have any questions. We were also impressed with how quick his guys work and how professional they all are. We received excellent customer service from start to finish and you can really tell Vinny takes pride in what he does. He is not out to cut any corners to make a buck and is very upfront and honest. I will be referring all my friends and family to Royal Wood Flooring for their flooring needs.
