My elderly mother was told by another window company that the mechanism on her dining room window could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. We called Roadrunner Glass and made an appt. to get a second opinion. The serviceman called ahead to say he was coming and showed up exactly at the time he said he would. After looking at the window he said he believed it was an easy fix, got his tools and, within 15 min. the window was fixed! We couldn't be any happier with Roadrunner Glass Co.'s service, professionalism, and integrity and will highly recommend them to all our friends!

I had Roadrunner Glass replace all of my home's single pane windows with Milgard Tuscany vinyl double pane windows. The salesman, Doug Saunders was knowledgable and helpful. The craftsmen, Steve and Ruben were highly skilled, courteous and professional. They have worked together for over three years, and have over thirty years of window experience. I was a fussy customer who had more than several concerns and questions. These were all addressed courteously and well. I was informed in advance of several potential issues resulting from construction quirks in my home and from the increased thickness of the double paned windows. These issues were also resolved skillfully and completely. The installation is impeccable. Of special note is the caulking job. In addition to sealing the windows, a good caulking job minimizes dimensional problems and conceals building flaws around the windows. My home had both problems, but the crew took pains to make everything look perfect. In terms of value, I shopped for this window replacement for several months. I believe that I paid Roadrunner approximately $200.00 more than I would have paid the Big Box stores. The overall seamless experience of the project and the quality of the job more than compensated for the slight extra cost. I would definitely call on Roadrunner Glass again, and I will recommend them to anyone interested in getting a quality job at a fair price.

Very professional, quick and easy, no gimmicks or surprises. We were very pleased with their service. It is a rather large window for a door and tempered glass, so not cheap to replace.

They provided an estimate. When I gave approval, they asked for 50% down payment and remaining 50% on completion. They ordered the glass, and it arrived within a week and they promptly came out and installed it. No problems.

It turned out very well. He came out and measured and brought the finished product a week later. He hit his quote right on. I would use him again in the future if need be.

Very well. They coordinated with the shutter repair person at a different company to have our wood shutters removed while they repaired the glass. Everyone showed up on time, was professional, and the work looked good.

price was great, however the installation was so sloppy that they had to bend my windshield wipers so they would work after installation. Discovered the sloppy job and bent wipers when I had wipers replaced at dealership. Ended up replacing the windshield again to fix the problem.

I contact Craig from Roadrunner Glass to install two glass shower doors in my home. Craig came and measured my bathroom, provided a timely estimate, and had his crew out to install shortly there after. Craig charged me exactly what the estimate stated. One shower door was glass/chrome standard deminsion door and could be ordered. The other door was glass/chrome and had to be custom made because of a unique bathroom layout. I am very statisfied with both shower doors. Because I was so pleased with Craig's work I used Roadrunner glass to remove an old custom window that was in my master bath shower and replace it with a new aluminum/glass custom fit double-pane window. I also used Roadrunner glass to apply "frosted" films in some interior doors of my home. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service, price, and professionalism of all Roadrunner Glass employees. I have used them on four seperate projects and would definately call on them again in the future.

They are outstanding. They brought the doors down from Phoenix and they put them in for less than half the price of a contractor in Tucson. They came down with the right number of guys and I highly recommend them.

After some initial confusion via the office staff in correctly relaying our phone number to the dispatching crew, things were very prompt. They came out (Frank) measured, ordered the material with a 50% down payment required and called about a week later to set up the actual install. Frank (who also did the install) was very prompt, pleasant and professional as well as quite efficient. We would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to others

Got an estimate right away and scheduled an install date a week later. They were prompt, polite, and answered all questions.
