Rise Above Remodeling

I shopped around with multiple contractors. Most were interested in putting a 2 ply felt material on the roof, but Rise Above uses a much different asphalt product. The benefit is that the product is unique, nearly puncture proof, and comes with a 30 year transferable warranty. The workers were on time everyday and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. The job took 3.5 days and looks amazing. Several tiles were cracked and they also did a great job finding a matching tile.

From the time Brett and his team came in the door, they were totally professional and courteous.  They made sure to keep me informed of what days things would get done and always kept the area clean.  They subcontracted the tile work and granite counter tops, but did all the rest themselves.  I was very happy with all of the work that was done--only had two minor issues that I can think of (one tile needed to be recut and shower valve needed to be replaced), but they were done very promptly.  I can't say enough about how nice they were with all of my questions, suggestions, additions, etc.  I am more the type to let them choose styles/colors and they were very good at it.  I had already chosen my own deco bands for the showers, otherwise, they have great ones to choose from.  If I had to do it over again, I'd probably just use theirs, it would have saved me time of picking them out at a huge store.  Oh, I also paid separately for the knobs/pulls on doors.  But I knew every bit of what I'd pay going into it, and it did not change.  I love this company, I never knew them before, just happened to walk into their store on 83d and Thunderbird one day and found out they actually lived near me as well.  My bathrooms are like spas now!  They were horrible--they were the original ones put into these homes in 1984--cheap plastic shower pan and bathtub that retained dirt.  Now I have high end fixtures and beautiful tile floors and shower/bath walls that look like stone, but are easy to maintain because they are porcelain tiles.  I actually enjoy cleaning the bathrooms now!
